We had an early morning departure and and called the front desk to reserve a taxi. The person was rude and dismissive and then transferred us to a second person who grudgingly said they would make the arrangements.
We checked with the bellman in the morning and no arrangements had been made. Luckily, he was able to get us a taxi and help us with our luggage and his warm demeanour and kindness are the sole reason the rating is not a 1.

The beds were very comfortable - we stayed for 8 nights and I had no back pain! The staff were great, and the free e-bike rentals was a bonus. I wish there had been weekend access to the business office, and the breakfast prices are out of control. Overall it was a great stay! Make sure to ask for no adjoining room.

Had a great experience at the Westin Harbour Castle! Great view of the harbour from the South tower, updated room, very clean, and the bar staff was great and attentive. I would absolutely stay again. Walking to the metro and other attractions which was very easy to get to. Staff was also very attentive and helpful.
