W South Beach Hotel enjoys an ocean frontage the length of a football field! An ultra-modern establishment, this hotel is inspired by Miami Beach's exolution as the 'American Riviera'. The studios and suites are some of the largest in Miami Beach, and not only beautifully furnished but they all have balconies and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea. W's pritine beach is perfect for a stroll at sundown, and well - then there's the food. Splendid Studio Suites are located on the 3rd floor, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Wonderful Studio Suites are located on the 4th and 5th floors, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Spectacular Studio Suites are located on floors 9-19, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Two Queen Studio Suites are available on a range of floors, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Fabulous Studio Suites feature an outdoor day bed on the oversized balcony with oceanfront views, and either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Fantastic Suites feature a separate living room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults. 

Oasis Suites feature a media room with sofa bed, separate living room with full kitchen and washer/dryer, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, additional powder room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Mega Suites are located on the 6th floor and are bi-level suites featuring a private outdoor plunge pool, rooftop terrace, outdoor rain shower, separate lounge and kitchenette, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Marvelous Suites are oceanfront corner suites with separate living room and full kitchen with washer/dryer, full bathroom with separate bathtub and shower, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults.

Sanctuary Suites are located on floors 7 and above, with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and separate living room with kitchenette, sleeping maximum 5 adults.

Cool Corner Suites are two bedroom oceanfront corner suites, with separate living room and full kitchen with washer/dryer, full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and wraparound balcony, sleeping maximum 5 adults.

Sensational Suites feature multiple balconies, media room with sofa bed, full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, separate living room and full kitchen with washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms each with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 6 adults.

Poolside Bungalow Rooms are tri-level apartments overlooking the WET Deck and the Grove, featuring a rooftop terrace with plunge pool and outdoor shower, enclosed garden, living room and kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, sleeping maximum 5 adults.

WOW Oceanfront Suites feature a spacious living room and full kitchen with washer/dryer, wraparound balcony, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, sleeping maximum 5 adults.

As a long time guest I'm happy to report that there are some really great upgrades happening at the W South Beach. Front desk staff(Tish) is very friendly, concierge (Sole) were kind, helpful and accommodating - especially when needing to extend the stay....again. Really great expansion of the daily amenities/activities. Rooms are well maintained, clean & spacious. Housekeeping were all sweethearts. Familiar faces doing the towels and pool chairs is always nice, maintenance men fixing some of the worn deck areas and vendors measuring curtains for the cabanas show that the property is still being maintained. Upgraded furniture in the living room and an overall more organized, neat & clean feeling in the lobby all point to new management really trying to improve the property and stay - and doing a great job so far. Location hasn't changed(obviously) - with easy access to Lincoln Road, the boardwalk, SoFi and more. House car service was available daily and helped whisk us off to dinner on a couple of occasions. F&B program leaves a lot to be desired...a lot a lot. But every other aspect of the hotel & property is exceptional for this price point. Can't wait to rerun again. Read less
