This is gonna be a tough review. I’ve done hundreds of reviews, but this has to be the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. booked three rooms for a double birthday party. We booked and we ended up with building four which is the furthest building from the transportation after a long day at the park. I entered my room and saw a lizard in the bathroom, knowing it’s Florida. We just got rid of it earlier in the day, we requested a late because we were a group of three they would not request all rooms be checked out late which makes no sense later that day we had to go back and we complained and they put in a request there’s nobody at the front desk that could empower anything other than putting stuff into their iPad. There’s nobody in authority up there that could actually say “you have a birthday party let’s make some magic and get you a late checkout “ eventually, we did get a late checkout, but only to noon after numerous phone calls. The stat gets worse as we came back to the hotel Friday night on the bus, two of us were disabled and needed assistance with the ECV. The bus driver was nasty and reluctant to help us. I ended up scratching my knee. We did do a report to the resort manager Patrick, who assured me that someone would get back to me well there was no return call as of two days later we’ll see if that ever happens. Because of the lizard situation we requested that our room be made up the second day we had to make at least three phone calls, one to a manager of housekeeping, one to a manager of facilities, and then we had to mention that we spoke to Patrick and had the experience the night before with the bus and then they decided to make up just one of the three rooms nobody seems to have authority. It’s always just pas the buck and we’ll put it in our iPad. that’s not how you run a business. I’m surprised that Disney works and operates in this manner. The resort is big and there are plenty of other options that will give you the same type of amenities, I would definitely go with a moderate resort. Overall, the experience had to be the worst I’ve ever had at Disney. I am making this clear that I will be writing to them as well. Everything was a no the actual girl at the front desk says “we’ll let you know if your late checkout is rejected “ that’s how she presented herself. I would stay away from this resort there are other moderate resorts like Caribbean Beach and Coronado that offer a lot more and I think much better service truly disappointed in Disney. Sorry I had to write this bad review but it’s the truth. Look at all my reviews. I’ve been doing this for quite some time. Disney meets to empower. It’s staff to make decisions.! Read less

Just got back from our first stay at All Star Music and we have a new favorite Disney resort! We are an older couple (me female 62 and husband 73 male - hubby has mobility issues but does not yet use a device) and have been to Disney World many times and stayed onsite several times. We reserved a Family Suite to give us more room as we are not all day in the parks people & spend at least half our time actually at our resort. We arrived very early at 8:30 a.m. because we live less than an hour away. We got on a Disney bus and went to Hollywood Studios for a while and received our notification that our room was ready early in the afternoon before actual check in time. We were in room 530 - Calypso building 10 landscape view on the 2nd floor - I'd requested building 10 as our top priority with landscape view & ground floor as secondary requests, so the room assignors got us 2 of our 3 requests and our top priority so we were so pleased! The room itself was incredible - separate bedroom with a door, 2 bathrooms, kitchen area & spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came every other day & kept it that way for us during our visit. We ate at the food court several times and the food was good and all of the workers there were wonderful. We spent most afternoons and one whole non-park day actually at the resort and were so pleasantly surprised at how peaceful & lovely it is! It made hanging out at the resort so nice & definitely made All Star Music our favorite resort for onsite stays going forward. Read less

OMG😲😩 Combine a sleazy truck stop + Motel -1 + 7-eleven store + pay by the hour fleabag motel + low-end summer camp = Disney Allstar Music Resort. It should be a Criminal Offense to call this a resort or hotel! All room entrances are from the outside. If you lift your arm, you can touch the ceiling. It is 4 thin walls, a low ceiling in a very small muldewy smelling space, a wall pull out bed with a mattress that could fold up and fit into your backpack. The dining restaurant is equivalent to a large convenience store. I will Never in this life time have a return visit!! However, this is a mastermind in marketing. How to get poor folks to vacation at DisneyWorld on the cheap. But trust me, the only thing cheap is the room. You will have to sale a kidney for park passes, food, and anything with Disney on it. Soooooo, if you stay at any of the Disney Allstar Resort properties, just remember that it really should be called... Disney Allstar Sleazy Motel Truckstop!! Read less
