Absolutely amazing time at this resort. The staff are unreal. So friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room in Jamaica and its location is perfect. Right next to the skyliner but close enough to Old Port Royale. Maddie at the front desk went over and above for us. I would 100% recommend the spacious and relaxed family resort.

This was my first visit to the Caribbean Beach Resort and I had a really great experience. My family and I typically stay at the Yacht Club resort, which is our favorite resort. However, the CBR exceeded my expectations. Pros: - Resort is large and beautiful. Definitely got vacation vibes! We walked around the resort, hung out on the beach, etc. - Lobby was beautiful - gave deluxe vibes. - LOVE the Skyliner option for transportation to Epcot & HS - We ate at the quick serve, Sebastian's and had drinks at Banana Cabana (pool bar). All were excellent. I would absolutely visit these restaurants again. Banana Cabana was a very fun atmosphere for a pool bar. - We didn't swim, but the pool looked nice (though not as nice as Yacht Club's Stormalong Bay) - Cast members were friendly and helpful throughout the resort. - Good value, very affordable. Cons: - Rooms were modest - acceptable but could use a refresh. We stayed in the Aruba section, which we liked for proximity to the Riviera Skyliner and Riviera for dining and bus usage. Read less

This “moderate” hotel was more like staying in a 1960s motel with upgraded finishes. Unfortunately, the wall unit air conditioner wasn’t upgraded, and it rattled noisily throughout our stay. It was able to keep the room comfortable during the first two days of our stay, when outside temperatures peaked in the low 80s. But during the last two nights, when outside temperatures peaked in the high 80s, our room was 78 degrees when we tried to go to sleep, only getting down to 75 by the early morning hours (despite being set to 72). We stayed during the second week of March, and Orlando gets much hotter. I would NEVER stay at this resort again, and I cannot discourage you strongly enough to avoid it yourself. Read less

This time in the Aruba section, we were steps away from the Skyliner and took advantage our of proximity to the Riviera resort also just a few minutes walk away. Not the most up to date rooms, but quite nice with comfy beds and pillows. The food at Center market is good and drinks at Banana Cabana are fun and creative. We skylined our way to check out Boardwalk, Beach Club and Yacht club. The service at CBR is fantastic and so helpful and welcoming. I can't imagine a visit to WDW and not enjoying this gorgeous location. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Beautiful place! Only a few minor issues

Resort was clean. People friendly and grounds beautiful. Only issue was the noisy neighbors through the connector doors. Big space under doors and the coffee in the room was terrible. Good location to parks
