I'd highly recommend this hotel for families, but I like Coronado Springs or the Yacht Club for a more adult atmosphere. My husband and I took a 10 minute walk to one of the Riverside quiet pools to avoid the crazy dragon pool. The updated rooms were beautiful and have TONS of storage. A family of four will definitely have plenty of room. The… Read more

A family of four will definitely have plenty of room. The cafeteria was adequate. The lines for the beignets were ridiculous - I recommend getting up early and going over as soon as they open. The bus service to the parks was excellent, but the boats heading to Disney Springs were overcrowded and slow during the dinner rush (take an Uber or drive!) . All of the cast members were terrific. We had the best stay here for the last week of Feb 26. We stayed 1 week here before staying 1 week on international drive. This place is amazing, the boat to Disney springs, the quick service food, the pool, the roaming characters, everything. This place is spotless. My only small criticism is, the food court can get busy and messy, but apart from… Read more

This is the best Disney hotel I have ever stayed in. Good bus service that allows you to get parks quickly but they can be a bit inconsistent sometimes as there may be 2-3 buses in a row that go to the same park and you have to wait a bit to find your bus. Great amenities with a swimming pool that allows you to relax and cool down, and a great… Read more

A perfect noise level that allows you sleep and enjoy your stay in peace. The rooms are amazing with very comfortable beds. Read less

We stayed at POFQ for two weeks in May, and it was gorgeous! The hotel is so colourful and has so much character. We had booked a king room, and when we arrived to check in at reception we were told there were two rooms we could choose from - one with a garden view and one with a water view. We chose water view and were so pleased with it. It was a corner room overlooking the river, so you can see all the boats going past to Riverside and Disney Springs. The king bed was very comfortable, and the room was really nicely done up. Seeing the family surname on the TV when we come in is a nice touch, and now we're back home we still listen to the music that played on the TV when we want to be in the Disney spirit. It was clean, and housekeeping came every other day, though we were missed a couple of days because we were in the room and had do not disturb on the door. But when we needed toilet paper, we used the Alexa in the room to request some and within ten minutes they had brought some up to us. The husekeepers also added some nice touches, arranging the towels in Mickey shapes. The quick service dining area was great - a bit busy at times, but you can mobile order. We had some good meals there such as the pizza and the jerk and pineapple chicken strips. We loved the smell of the lobby, the fountain, the music and ambience, everything. We used the laundry room, though currently the washing machines don't accept UK cards as payment on the app so you have to call reception to ask them to start the machine for you. This is a problem with the washing app company rather than Disney itself. The boats to Disney Springs were great - a very peaceful and enjoyable ride. Only thing is they get quite busy in the evenings as you'd expect, and especially at the weekends. Luckily we could see the state of the queue from the room and decide to take the bus instead if we wanted. The buses to the parks were good. It was a bit confusing some mornings when the queues were long, as sometimes the queue in bus stop A was so long it went into bus stop B, and it was generally tricky to know who was queueing for what bus. But they were fairly frequent and we got a seat most of the time. All in all, we had a lovely stay. It's a gorgeous hotel with lots of character, and walking into the room for the first time I felt truly spoiled. We'd love to go back. Read less
