We were in Building 7 at the edge of the property by the river, and it was peaceful and quiet in our location. Room had everything we needed and parking was easy--right in front of the building with lots of spaces. We drove to the cafe for breakfast each morning before heading out for the day. It was easy to fill up our water bottles there too. The employee who checked us in at the front desk was super helpful in answering our questions and getting us oriented to the property. I would stay here again. Read less

Nice rooms, good food. Plenty space in the rooms for our 7 day stay. In connecting rooms, which was great! Quiet hotel despite its size. Boat to Disney springs was a great idea and we used it many times. The beignets were superb too

LOVED the new rooms at POFQ. Beds were very comfy and everything was so fresh and clean. I was appalled when I checked to make sure that our mattress had a proper bed bug sealed cover on it and it does NOT! I can't believe Disney would invest ALL that money in a massive renovation and not protect their investment! We had 2 family members with… Read more

I was appalled when I checked to make sure that our mattress had a proper bed bug sealed cover on it and it does NOT! I can't believe Disney would invest ALL that money in a massive renovation and not protect their investment! We had 2 family members with gluten free and diary free allergies. The chef was great and could basically make anything. The menu at POFQ if a main reason we chose this resort. The resort is small and buses ran on time. We have stayed at AoA before and Beach Club and each resort has their own pros and cons we would recommend this one simply bc the price was affordable and b/c it was SO new and clean! Read less

Stayed here during busy spring break week and it was an oasis. Lovely people and clean facilities. Buses were always running so we barely waited for them and for the return trip to the hotel (except once at Animal Kingdom that took almost 30 min to return us to the hotel). Food was good and we could eat quickly when needed. It did become a little… Read more

Buses were always running so we barely waited for them and for the return trip to the hotel (except once at Animal Kingdom that took almost 30 min to return us to the hotel). Food was good and we could eat quickly when needed. It did become a little dirty at times with all the people, but was cleaned up nicely by morning. This is my second stay here, once 12 years ago, and I would stay here again. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Nice little resort, food gone downhill

This was our second stay at this hotel, which remains a nice hotel, quiet by Disney standards and with great staff. The food has really gone downhill though, meatballs and jambalaya in particular have both diminished in quality massively (those were the go to meals for my son and I respectively, we had them almost daily for either lunch or dinner… Read more
