Betty in reservations absolutely made our trip! She was so accommodating with all of our changes we had to make. She was patient and kind and exactly how everyone should be working in customer service. 10/10 for betty thank you for a beautiful stay in a beautiful place!!! :)
Lovely to return after twenty years

Just said for two nights, post cruise before flying home. We have stayed at the Catamaran before, but not for for about twenty years. A few days before arriving my husband read some reviews on Trip Advisor complaining that the rooms were old and tired and to ask for a refurbished room. Just said for two nights, post cruise before flying home. We have stayed at the Catamaran before, but not for for about twenty years. A few days before arriving my husband read some reviews on Trip Advisor complaining that the rooms were old and tired and to ask for a refurbished room. We emailed the hotel and we did asked and they came back confirming that we would get one.
We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready so they stored our luggage and when we returned our room was ready and the bellman brought it to our room.
The room was large and very clean with everything we needed, with a lovely garden view. Not ultra modern and a little dark but very comfortable.
The staff are all very helpful and anything we asked for was brought to us within minutes. It was lovely returning here again after so many years to see the exotic birds are still there and the gardens are still as beautiful as ever.
We left with lovely memories of the Catamaran.

Pictures are Deceiving- Location is beautiful, rooms are not!

I loved the location and grounds of the property, but the hotel itself is extremely outdated. My room specially (461) was also dirty (walls, moldings, chair, curtains). The bed felt as if I was just sleeping on the springs. Come for the location, but not the hotel itself.
We stayed with the family and had a great time. Receptionist Dante was excellent, extremely courteous, kind and helpful. Wish all receptionists were like him.
