1,590 rooms on 27 floors in 1 building with 12 lifts. All with air-conditioning, cable TV, kettle, iron and board, and hairdryer. Chelsea Rooms are 275 sq ft and have 1 queen-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms are 325 sq ft, most with private balcony, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Club Rooms are 325 sq ft and include access to the exclusive E|CLUB Lounge, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. 

Studios with Kitchenette are 325 sq ft and have a full-sized fridge, stove and microwave, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Guest parking is $39 per night plus taxes, with unlimited in and out privileges.

Non-Guest Rate/Hour is $3 per hour plus taxes.

Daily Parking Rate is $15 (6 am – 6 pm). 

Oversize Vehicle Parking is $49 (subject to availability — please see the Front Desk).

The Eaton Chelsea has seen many improvements since my last visit. I am glad I gave this hotel another try. It was clean and that much more "first class". Well done!

Really liked the pool and gym on the 27th floor. My stay was really nice and I will stay at the Chelsea again in future. Price was better than several other options but quality was just as good.

The location is close to everything in downtown, the hotel is super great which let me surprised, if you have a problem or not satisfied for a service they ate gonna resolve it and you’ll be happy 100%

Immediately thought the hotel looked dated and needed renovation. Check in was easy and quick, no assistance getting bags in from the taxi or explanation on where our room is, three different elevators very slow. Immediately thought the hotel looked dated and needed renovation. Check in was easy and quick, no assistance getting bags in from the taxi or explanation on where our room is, three different elevators very slow. Walked into our room and had two beds instead of one big double and we are a couple. Was upgraded to a nicer room but still two beds. I was told all their kings and queen bed rooms were fully booked but I found a room on the website available and the receptionist admitted he lied to me but that those rooms are too much money so wasn’t willing to help us. The room is dated even though they claim recently renovated, beds are hard, pillows no support, TV old and slow, bathroom is mouldy, dust everywhere, limited tea and coffee in room and no cups. Our view was looking out onto a roof and service entrance. Our first experience of Canada so very sad. Won’t be staying again and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this hotel when visiting Toronto. Read less
