This is our favorite Disney resort thus far after five onsite stays. The vibes are so casual and welcoming. It's very low-key and feels like a genuine escape. And the Skyliner access cannot be beat by any other moderates. We've stayed at other onsite resorts (all moderate or deluxe), and our kids continue to ask to come back to CBR regardless… Read more

I'll make this review short and sweet: Pros: proximity to skyliner Great customer service when calling guest services - prompt and quick Bellhop service was great for the luggages Quick service had a good variety and nice people working to take the orders Check in was smooth The pool is really nice as well as the water park area Cons: There is no elevator for this resort. If you have a stroller, it's best to book on the ground floor Housekeeping services are every second day. We are a family of 5 and we would eat breakfast daily in our room. The trash would get full really quickly with food and diapers. Also I needed to call down daily for washcloths, that should be automatic. For the price that guests pay, housekeeping shouldn't be an issue. Read less

We stayed in Jamica so were close to the skyliner and only a short walk to the main part. We had a small pool nearby which ee used everyday. The resort looked lovely. All the areas were clean and tidy including the pool areas. The staff were great, friendly and approachable. Our room - great size for 3 of us. Bathroom nice and big. Maybe not overly disney themed but a lovely caribbean vibe. Beds were really comfy and shower was really good. Air conditioning was slightly loud but just seemed like white noise so did not affect us at all. Cleaners came in every other day which suited us fine. We ate at Sebastians one night and the food was really good. If we were not on a qs dining plan we would have eaten there again. The skyliner worked well for us. We used it at a variety of times through our stay and never more than a minute or 2 wait at the worst. My daughter loved seeing what character we would get and really enjoyed the ride. The buses were regular and never full when we got on so we always had a seat. Extra bonus seeing the Epcot fireworks from the resort. I would book this resort again without hesitation. Read less

If you are wanting a Disney resort close to the Skyliner, this location is good. My family stayed in the Jamica area. We were a very short walk to the Skyliner (best for Epcot and Hollywood studios). Jamica was a long long walk to the lobby each evening. Especially after walking all day in each park. We purchased the meal plan with refillable cups. The only location at the resort to refill a drink is in the main lobby. For rooms closer to the lobby, that may be fine, but for anyone over the bridge, it's almost not feasible after a FULL rope drop to close park day. The rate per night could be lower in my opinion. We paid in the $300 range per night. If this wasn't a Disney resort, I would not pay that for this resort in this condition. It is dated and needs some work. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower/tub needs an update. I will say the water pressure was spot on! Parking is available very close to each village area. At the end of our trip, the bell hop helped bring our suitcases to the parking lot. We didn't know someone would have helped bring all our bags to our room as well. That was rough, with three people staying for 7 days... it was a lot of luggage. The laundry room by our pool in Jamaica was a great feature! We left with almost everything clean. You do have to pay for the washer and dryer but very affordable. The Jamaica pool and main lobby pools were fun and maintained well. The food was ok.. With the amount we pay, I would request honoring more substitutions. Breakfast, we were told you get this this and this and they wouldn't allow a sub or change an item that a person in our party didn't want. The staff taking orders seemed to be training someone new each day. I'm not sure if this because of high turnover or what.. the new staff were much nicer and accommodating. While the ones who seemed to be there for a while, you can tell seemed very jaded. If we stayed again, I would stay in a village closer to the lobby and on the ground floor. Very likely we will go to a different resort for future trips. I am comparing to Disneyland resorts. Disneyland staff in at the resorts and parks generally seem happier, more accommodating and dedicated to guest experience. Read less

Myself and a friend visited from May23rd thru May 25th and overall the stay was just ok. When we arrived to the hotel after a day at the Hollywood Studios park about 3pm it took well over 1 hour for the bell service to deliver our luggage which we had dropped off at 10am at the suggestion of the agent who made my reservations. I was disappointed that no one explained that housekeeping is every other day. We had to ask for fresh towels no knowing our used ones would not be replaced. The nearest food stop is the Spyglass Grille which needs a larger kitchen and dining area as by staying at the Barbados Rooms which was a good hike to bring our food back to eat sitting down as the dining area was over flowing. ALSO THE TYPICAL ORDER TAKES 20 MINUTES TO BE READY FOR PICK UP IN THE MORNINGS! Plus items on the menu they ran out of or had been changed but not on the outside menu board. The bus transportation to Animal Kingdom was late. The Skyliner is such a great way to move from the parks to the resort but not available for Animal Kingdom. Too Bad...So Sad! The room was ok but the shower operation using 2 handles was confusing and not what you'd expect at a high end resort. Using a 1 handle system is cheaper and more like what most people have in their homes and are used to using. Read less
