Overlooking a beautiful stretch of ocean in the small town of Puerto Morelos, 30 minutes from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and many other of the Mayan Riviera’s most sought after sights. Transfer time from airport: 20 minutes.

Guests staying in the Mexican state Quintana Roo are required to pay a travel tax of $11 per adult (over 15 years old), subject to change. What we discovered was a getaway that far exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The staff are outstanding. We can only mention a few but I a sure that it is consistent throughout the resort. Thanks to Alfredo who greeted us late at night. Aaron who took care of every detail at the preferred club. Special thanks to Estella, (Super) Mario, and Enrique at the seaside Grill who started each breakfast with sun and smiles. Thank you to Manuel at Bourdeau who made 2 special evenings for us. And lastly - Thank you to Erik at the Preferred Club beach who made each day extra attentive - along with Santiago. We chose the Preferred Club and were happy with that decision. Our room had a great view south, on the top floor, facing out from the hotel. This helped with any evening music/noise. The week was delightful. A beautiful, clean property with an incredible events schedule, lots of delicious food, and surprisingly good cocktails. Uzzy, Vivi, Marcus, Erik, and Clever were amazing staff members.

Pedro Cosco our pool concierge is at the top of his field, a true professional. I personally watched him help multiple family’s after making sure we had the best time possible. Above and beyond customer service while being polite, personable, and funny. Promote ahead of peers

Overall the resort was great, food was much better than expected. Mexican restaurant was good and the Himitsu Asian restaurant. Enjoyed the adult pool and could still keep eyes on the kids pool.
