I had an amazing stay at the Miramar! Arrianna went above and beyond — she was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. I’ve stayed at other places in Santa Monica, but after this experience, the Miramar will be my go-to moving forward. The hospitality here is truly unmatched, and Arrianna is a big reason why.

The service was top notch from check-in to check-out. I was welcomed & greeted several times throughout our stay. We received cookies & water delivered to our room by Carlos and then a slice of birthday cake! Then later he brought me a vase for some flowers I received from my son. The valet attendants were friendly and the house car service gave us a ride to our dinner reservations and the driver, Angel was very nice! We had breakfast the next morning at the Fig & that was also very enjoyable. The food was great! We really enjoyed our time and it was a memorable birthday for me. Thank you ! Read less

Assistant Managers Matthew & Georgey went out of their way to ensure my experience would be one to remember every single time thanks to great kindness and wonderful upgrades. Same for Jermaine at the front desk whom it’s been a pleasure to interact with and also went above & beyond. All of it being a reflexion of the fantastic management leadership under the Hotel Manager Thay.
