The hotel looks stunning on the website but I didn’t feel I had an amazing holiday which I expected.
Some staff were very friendly and others were straight up rude. Rooms were of a poor quality and cleanliness needs improving.
There was a lack of atmosphere & vibe, expected more from the entertainment.

Shakeel has a natural charisma that draws everyone in—he connects effortlessly with guests, making each person feel included and part of the fun. His enthusiasm, talent, and genuine passion for what he does truly set him apart. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in every interaction.
He’s not just an entertainer—he’s an experience. A solid 10+10 across the board. Grand Palladium is lucky to have him, and he’ll definitely be one of the standout memories from my trip.

Loved the kids club here- special shout out to Annakaye, Tashae, Tyrerika, Trizzzle and Tasharie for making the whole experience seamless. They were so gentle with the kids and treated them with so much love. The lion king show organization was top notch.
