There was NOTHING Grand about the Grand Palladium. The property may have been 5-stars back in the 80s or 90s, but in 2026, it is a run down resort that floods daily, with rude managers and staff, bland food, and is totally inaccessible with zero elevators on the property and resort rooms placed far away from the main buildings and restaurants. There was NOTHING Grand about the Grand Palladium. The property may have been 5-stars back in the 80s or 90s, but in 2026, it is a run down resort that floods daily, with rude managers and staff, bland food, and is totally inaccessible with zero elevators on the property and resort rooms placed far away from the main buildings and restaurants. Our trip cannot be called a vacation because it never felt like it once - we had to move to three different rooms, with zero apologies. There was never entertainment when it rained, and restaurants were closed at prime lunch hours (12-1P) making it very non family friendly. I will never recommend the Grand Palladium to anyone - they need a serious overhaul of accommodations, staff, and aren't even close to the airport. DO NOT STAY HERE - IT ISN'T WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TROUBLE. Read less

The staff was great and the food was delicious except for the Mexican Restaurant. That was awful. This was my 5th time visiting.
