Never been to Krabi,didn’t know what to expect. This resort delivered on everything. Staff were fantastic and friendly and we got upgraded to a top floor pool and sea-view room which turned out to be excellent. Location was perfect for us away from the lively but near enough to walk. Would highly recommend this resort.

Booked this as part of a multi- stop through TUI. Arrived around 2:15pm to a long drawn out check in…. And the room was not ready. Reception asked us to come back at 3pm pointing out the rules of 3pm check in.
We were told our room number at that point and our luggage was stored.

3pm we returned… it still wasn’t ready and then our room was changed to one 2 doors away.
The room was painfully shabby and filthy - see pics and sadly the room and lack of cleaning is what lets this hotel down.
The outside grounds are lovely and well maintained- this is the only plus.
In 5 days we had our room cleaned once. At 10 am you would see cleaners in the room next door, at 5pm our room was still not cleaned.
I asked countless times for cleaning and then gave up and just collected new towels, water and loo roll. Twice the cleaner came at 5:30pm, but we were showering for the evening…. We started to think this was planned to avoid actually having to do any work.
The water that comes out of the taps is sometimes filthy so be careful and only use bottled water for brushing your teeth. - see pic.
The cleaning is what really lets this hotel down. Cleaners need to spend less time on their mobile phones and management need to get a hold on this.
On checkout Nathew didn’t ask how we found our stay…. No one here appears to care about customer service.
