There are far too many facilities at this marvellous 1,500-acre resort to detail here. The swimming pool is the kind that has kids gasping with wonder - waterfalls, grottos, whirlpools and a 124-ft long water slide tower, as well as a new water jet splash zone and rock climbing areas for kids, creates an aqueous wonderland. On the lake, you can practice kayaking, canoeing, or just simply pedal away toward the sunset. There is even a white sand beach for those waiting to sit back and relax, and 45 holes of top golf, with a pitch 'n' putt for non-golfers to enjoy. There are some great restaurants and bars; the pool bar, On the Rock, is located by Lake Windsong, offering views of the lake and the pool, four 60" TVs, a full service bar and food service options. My family and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando again this June, and it continues to be one of our favorite vacation destinations. We’ve been returning for years, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The property is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. The staff consistently provide outstanding service, demonstrating both professionalism and genuine friendliness that make every guest feel welcome. One of the things we love most is the incredible variety of activities available. Whether it’s riding bikes, paddle boarding, canoeing, paddle boating, or enjoying the scenic trails for jogging and biking, there’s always something fun to do. The pools are beautiful, the waterslide is a huge hit with the kids, and the nightly outdoor movies create wonderful family memories. The game room keeps the children entertained, and the fitness center is one of the best hotel gyms we’ve experienced, with everything needed to maintain your workout routine while away from home. The dining options are excellent, and we’ve always enjoyed the quality of the food throughout the resort. We also appreciate the convenience of room service and the ability to order special amenities and treats delivered to your room for celebrations and special occasions. One of our favorite features is booking a room that faces the theme parks. The views are fantastic, and being able to watch the fireworks from the surrounding parks each evening around 9:00 PM from the comfort of your room adds a little extra magic to the stay. After many years of visiting, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress remains a place that my family and I enjoy to the fullest every single time. Beautiful grounds at the hotel with lots of outdoor activities for families to enjoy. Loved the pool and the gym hidden in the pool area caves.

Overall great stay. Staff were top notch. Elevators were not as bad as other reviews have stated. Parking is the main down side with the fees increasing every 6 months it seems.
