496 apartments, from 8-15 floors, in 5 buildings all with lifts. 2-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 6 adults with a king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. All apartments have a balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, 42" TV screen and TV's in all bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchens with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hob, microwave and kettle; a separate laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, safe, iron and board, en-suite facilities in the master bedroom with Jacuzzi bath and a 2nd bathroom and hairdryer.

3-Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 adults with king-size beds in both the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, and 2 single beds in 3rd bedroom with a double sleeper sofa in the living area.

We have stayed here since 2013 on 4 occasions and returned on this holiday as we’d always had a great time. We sadly wouldn’t stay again - the rooms were clean & although need some updating were more than satisfactory. We have stayed here since 2013 on 4 occasions and returned on this holiday as we’d always had a great time. We sadly wouldn’t stay again - the rooms were clean & although need some updating were more than satisfactory. We stayed in building 3 - the carpets were cleaned during our stay to the corridors but initially very strong musty odour. We experienced cockroaches on our floor also along the main corridor. Our jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom consistently produced mould from the jets, this should be something that is checked regularly & not something we experienced on previous visits. The pool sadly was not cleaned regularly throughout the day & I had to ask the pool attendant to clean the filters in the main pool as covered with hair & leaves. The hot tubs to the main pool area were also not well kept. The smaller pool between building 1 & 2 was very warm & the hot tub temperature was cool during our stay. This pool was not supervised and I did not report my concerns about this. I felt safe in this hotel it’s very convenient for the parks, the shop is well priced and stocked. Staff are helpful & friendly but I wouldn’t book here again. Read less

Furniture is somewhat dated but was still comfortable in our suite 4405. For those that like their screened sports Millers Ale House is a short 15 min walk thanks to new link road as is Public. Nice accommodations, fully stocked, nice views , comfortable beds , plenty of room. Only negative is they need to provide more towels.

The rooms is nice, but the furniture need upgrading. We were unable to sit on the couch because we would sink in. Informed front desk when checking out and he seem like he was in a rush to leave and didn’t even care.

The price and room were excellent. You could tell that the kitchen appliances were old but everything worked well and we had a great time, The only disappointment was we spend 20.00 at the game room without being able to play much. Most of the machines were broken but took out money anyway.
