The hotel

Where is it

Located on the North coast on the famed Ocho Rios Bay, 15-minutes from Dunn's River Falls. Transfer time from the airport: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Complimentary transfers included for stays of 4 nights or more (only applicable to/from Montego Bay Airport).

Hotel information

680 rooms on up to 14 floors with lifts in each block. Deluxe Resort View Rooms are located in the North Tower, these rooms feature either one king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to two adults and one infant, views overlooking the resort grounds or surrounding hotel property.

Iyanla from entertainment was great…the food was amazing this is our second time coming to moon palace and it’s better than our last experience. The staff was good to us and our waitress Stacy was great she kept the drinks coming non stop we appreciate her. Overall everything was awesome . We sure will be coming back

Our cons: the customer service of front desk receptionists were very rude, intentionally dismissive and extremely unhelpful on more than one occasion. Anytime assistance was needed we literally dreaded walking up to the counter. Several other guests felt the same way. Training is needed for receptionist staff and more manager presence is recommended. When we’re spending thousands of dollars at a resort for over 100 people, we expect better treatment. Read less

Every member of the team knows their job and is incredibly kind. You can really see that the management takes care of every detail. We can’t wait to come back! The food in the restaurants is delicious and the drink selection is very wide. Definitely a recommendation!
