The hotel

Where is it

Located on the North coast on the famed Ocho Rios Bay, 15-minutes from Dunn's River Falls. Transfer time from the airport: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Complimentary transfers included for stays of 4 nights or more (only applicable to/from Montego Bay Airport).

Hotel information

680 rooms on up to 14 floors with lifts in each block. Deluxe Resort View Rooms are located in the North Tower, these rooms feature either one king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to two adults and one infant, views overlooking the resort grounds or surrounding hotel property.

Sun Deck (pizza served at lunchtime and a la carte Indian cuisine for dinner). Jerk Hut on the beach serving Jamaican grilled specialities (open for lunch and dinner). Son's Wedding! Family / Friends 31 Rooms booked for the event! "I recently stayed at Moon Palace Jamaica for my son’s wedding and, unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the 'Deluxe' price tag. While the beach and location are fantastic, the 'Deluxe Ocean View' room (Building 3, Floor 9) was disappointing. The view was dominated by a roof full of AC units, the bathroom was cramped, and a loud, disruptive noise came from the vents all night. Despite raising these concerns with the front desk and Public Relations, no assistance or accommodation was offered. Additionally, the wedding gazebo ground is stained and badly needs a pressure washed, which sadly shows in the professional photos. As a frequent visitor to Jamaican all-inclusives, I found this resort overpriced for the quality of food and room standards provided. I likely won't be returning." As for the $500.00 credit offered to the guest it was a total sham. The credit can only be used on very limited items. My next trip to Jamaica is in September & I will be staying at my usual all-inclusive 15 minutes away from the town of Ocho Rios. Very disappointed in this resort. Read less

I received a massage at Moon Palace Jamaica’s spa last week and it was phenomenal. I’m a retired clinical massage therapist myself, trained in New York, where the standards are very high, and went into this with not the highest of expectations. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. My massage therapist, Vinette, was absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional in every aspect, down to the last detail, communication, and even the draping. A truly kind and happy soul, she was very attentive to my needs, requests, and body language, and her technique was very thorough and smooth. It was evident she had been in practice for over a decade, 15 years to be precise. The spa is very vast, and use of the spa amenities come with your massage.
