Comfortable rooms, delicious and good variety breakfast. Staff is friendly. The only reason to why I gave it four stars instead of five, is because they didn't come and clean very often, so we had to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper (they didn't refill it).

Beware the parking fee, We have stayed at this hotel on and off for years but we're able to book it and did not find out about the parking fee of $10 per day until check-in. Very frustrating to be surprised at check-in by that when I was able to pay for everything in advance and had no clue there was a parking fee. Besides that this day was fine… Read more

However, this was a first stay for us and I was so nervous as this is partly a motel style hotel. Turns out, I had nothing to be nervous about. There is security at every entrance to the car park and they check you have a parking validation before entry. The rooms were basic and a little dated. However, they were very clean and very comfortable. The beds were great and we slept like babies. There was a bit of road noise as faced the I4, but I found it relaxing. The breakfast in the hotel was great value for money $15pp +tax and was a buffet style. The staff were great with me as I have coeliac disease and showed me what I could and could not eat. The staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. It is a no frills hotel and is cheap and cheerful bit a fabulous place to stay and reat your head 🥰 The hotel is in a perfect location for places to eat and shop on Idrive, there is the I trolley and its central for the parks too. While this hotel is in a prime location for those attending events at the Orange County Convention Center, my recent stay for a trade show in early 2026 was deeply disappointing due to significant service and facility issues. Check-in Nightmare I arrived at 11:00 PM the night before my trade show began, only to be met with a massive line at the front desk. Despite the late hour and the influx of business travelers, there were only two staff members working the desk. Even more frustrating was seeing a manager standing in the background who periodically appeared but offered no assistance to the two overwhelmed employees. It took a full 90 minutes just to reach the front desk and get my room key. Outdated and Poorly Equipped Rooms The rooms are extremely outdated and in need of a serious refresh. Specific issues during my stay included: Dim Lighting: The lighting was incredibly weak, making it nearly impossible to apply makeup or prepare for a professional event. Poor Bath Amenities: The "bath towels" provided were tiny—hardly larger than hand towels—and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making for a very unsatisfying experience. Lackluster Fitness Center For a hotel of this size, the fitness center is severely inadequate. It is very small with limited hours (6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, which is not ideal for early-rising business travelers). The equipment is sparse, consisting of only two treadmills, a stair master and some weights. Verdict The proximity to the convention center is the only real advantage here. If you are traveling for a trade show, the long wait times and poor room quality may not be worth the convenience of the location. Read less
