For our third Orlando trip we had three rooms and stayed 2 weeks. This hotel never lets us down. Great location on I drive, great air on, 3 pools that were never packed and clean rooms.

As we are really only using the hotel as a place to sleep and maybe a pool day or two this is perfect. If you want luxury then go elsewhere and pay a lot more.

We have stayed here many times over the last 25 years and each time it gets better than the last.
Stand out feature of this place is the fantastic staff. All so friendly and give the place a real family feel.
If we come back to Orlando this hotel will be top of our list.

Rossen inn is in a great location on international drive with loads of restaurants and bars within close walking distance after a full on day at the parks!
Rossen inn rooms are a little dated but it was only a base for us to sleep after being out all day!
The rooms were clean and fresh towels everyday
Really great staff always friendly and helpful
Nice bar serving food and drinks and a coffee and gift shop a normal shop selling snacks and essentials and a restaurant which we only used for the buffet breakfast which was decent
The hotel is a universal partner hotel so there was a complementary bus service to the universal parks which you need to book the day before
Overall I wouldn't really recommend the rossen inn really good value for money and a great hotel to explore the parks and all the great things Orlando has to offer

And the staff are very polite.
However we have had 11 nights here and it was on the 2nd night my daughter woke up with quite a few bites on her. My granddaughter who was in the same room but different bed wasn’t bitten at all.
We obviously brought this up to management who moved our rooms straight away. Gave tokens to wash s there clothes and gave a free breakfast.
We were delayed getting to the park and it ended up costing us some of our lightning lane bookings.
The manager said they got independent company in to investigate and the found nothing so they ended it there.
I asked to see the findings at which point the company policy doesn’t allow it.
I’m not nocking the hotel or the staff but it did have an effect on my granddaughter whom it was her first trip to the USA and Disney.
There was definitely evidence that they went through the room as we took photos. ( bed base was discusting ) so we have to accept the outcome.
Would we stay here again , probably yes.
I would like to thank the management for their prompt action .
But I think they could be better at their cleaning.
