The hotel

These modern villas are spacious and offer exceptional value. They overlook 6 lakes which are dotted around this spacious 30-acre resort. There are plenty of activities for the whole family including swimming pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, a play area for kids, shuffleboard and billiards. Near the clubhouse there are barbecue facilities if you fancy getting a sizzler going one afternoon. Within a 15-min drive are miles of white sandy beaches, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, and St Pete is just 45 min away by car. A 5-min stroll from your villa takes you to two major supermarkets, dozens of speciality shops, restaurants, cinemas, a golf course and a bowling alley.

Centrally located in Bradenton, only 4 1/2 miles to the beaches, 35 miles to St Pete Beach and 20 miles to Sarasota.

2-bedroom condos with living room with sleeper sofa, TV, dining room, full kitchen complete with breakfast nook, telephone, air-conditioning, two bathrooms, master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, second bedroom with twin beds, sleeping maximum five people including a minimum of one child.

2 heated outdoor swimming pools, 2 whirlpools, 2 floodlit tennis courts, 6 fishing lakes, basketball court, children's playground, table tennis, shuffleboard, billiards/pool tables, bocci ball, library, clubhouse games, barbecues (reservations required), golf courses nearby, complimentary WiFi, free on-site parking.

5-minutes stroll to two major supermarkets. Restaurants, golf course, cinema, bowling alley and beauty salon a short driving distance away.

Please Note: A security deposit of $200 is required at check-in. 

Please Note: Equipment rentals for ping pong tables, basketball court, table tennis, shuffleboard, billiards/pool tables and bocci ball require a $20 cash deposit which is refunded once equipment is returned. 

Please Note: Guests are required to have a pool pass in order to use the pool facilities. These are allocated to guests at check-in and must be returned at check-out. A $10 fee is charged for lost pool passes. 

Please Note: You will need to pay $125 (+ state taxes) for end of stay cleaning directly to property. An additional mid-stay clean can be arranged directly with the property for an additional $125 (+ state taxes).

We booked our condo vacation with Virgin Atlantic holidays and as usual the flights , car hire at Tampa were excellent. The apartment itself although clean and tidy did need a make over as it was tired and in need of some attention. The furniture was comfortable and the bed in the main bedroom was huge and comfortable. The second bedroom was dated and sparse , needed a complete repaint. The main shower was clean but again needed a make over. The second bathroom was not in a good state. The bath around the waste drain was discoloured, no plug so if you had small children they could not bath. The mastic around the bath was discoloured and peeling in places. The sealing around the bath and the floor was peeling away along with the paint on the skirting board. Overall it was not in a good state of decoration. I would have expected more from such a reputable travel company. The location was excellent and all the beaches and eating places were only a very short drive away. The pool area is a good size but there needs to be far more sun umbrellas. It was not at all busy while we were there but I expect in busy times you could not get out of the sun. Overall a great location, great area but letdown somewhat by the apartment. We have booked to stay here again next year but booked privately as we could then see our accommodation beforehand. The lady that patrols the pool the last 3 years is extremely rude to everyone. She pointed out to our guest that was eating a cracker and cheese to not have food at the table, the sign says no food or drinks on the "wet deck". The wet deck is not the patio or the table. This is our 5th time at Shorewalk for Feb and March. We love our condo but we rent through private owner. The units rented out through Shorewalk really need updates. It worked first week in February it has been down now for over a month. Water heats up but no aeration. They need to get better electricians!!! Read less

Been coming to shore walk for many years, just feels like home. The apartments are the same layout just styled differently. I'm surprised I wasn't part mermaid by the end of the holiday from spending alot of time in the pool or the sea! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
