Village Hotel at Sentosa

We booked the family room for our family of four! The kids were happy to have their own “private room” definitely a highlight for them. Both rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable, though the rolled-up blinds could use a refresh. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches: filtered water, plenty of hanging hooks/racks, and a foldable table tucked neatly under the TV. This hotel is a hidden gem! The hotel was perfect for us. The connecting rooms made it easy for traveling with a toddler. But most of all we loved having a restaurant on site, the amazing pools and the ease of walking to most activities on the island. Everyone was SO friendly and we felt like it was little home away from home the week we stayed. My only comments are the ice machine near us and escalator to reception were out the whole week. So minor but I am confused why it couldn’t get fixed that whole time we were there. Other than that would recommend this hotel to anyone especially families traveling with children. Read less

Always happy to see you guys were not just remembering us, but also making us feel known and welcomed. Thank you all for your warm-hearted hospitality! Front Office Team at the reception - everyone was so sincere, very friendly, helpful and impressively efficient. Their geniality and professionalism truly stood out. Special mention to the housekeeping maid Kim at level 6 who we have conversed with - she always greeted us with a cheerful smile, very diligent, kind and polite lady. Kudos to her! 👍👍 Upon arrival, the Concierge Team was very helpful with our luggage when we alighted the taxi. The boys showed great initiative. We gave them two thumbs up! 👍👍 At the reception, Andre greeted us with his smiley face, he was very dedicated and welcoming. Our check-in experience with him was a breeze as we have informed our sweetheart❤️ Rina about our room preferences ahead of time. Everything was thoughtfully curated. It was clear that Rina takes pride in her work and she truly represents the hotel well. However, we needed to wait approximately an hour to have our room ready due to high occupancy and heavy housekeeping loads because of the peak holiday season. Fortunately we have angel😇 Bella personally approached and assisted us. She made special effort to check us in, secured a different room for us immediately, without making us waited in the lobby and even escorted us to the nearest direction to our room. She has provided exemplary service by personally resolving the issue within minutes. Thanks to Bella who truly made our experience exceptional. Our room was immaculately done, very comfortable with stunning views and filled with every amenities you could have imagined. At Native Kitchen - we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner during our stay. Food quality was good and the staff service was commendable. Special shout-out to Dicky, Maria, Rommel, Boon Soon, Mani, Susan, Sarmila and Johanna - they were all very hospitable and cheerful when serving us, made us feel well taken care of, like close friends. Great work team! 👍👍 This was our 10th time staying at Village Hotel Sentosa and for sure it would not be the last because every time we revisited, it got better! That was why we never hesitate to keep coming back. We admired the dignity and good humour of hotel staffs - they were always happy to help, provide helpful guidance, very accommodating and hospitable, which truly enhanced our overall experience, making our entire 6-nights stay comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. Every individual team was phenomenal - all have done very well in their respective roles. If we could give above five stars, we would! I recently stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa for a "re-honeymoon" with my spouse and our two children, returning to Singapore after 15 years. Before our arrival, I sent a special request regarding our anniversary, and the hotel's response was truly beyond our expectations. When we entered the room, we were greeted by a stunning display: a beautiful pair of towel swans, red balloons, and delicate flower petals arranged on the bed. They even surprised us with a lovely macaron set as a gift! My wife was deeply moved by this thoughtful gesture, making our stay incredibly special from the very beginning. The room itself was impressive. The unique layout, which allowed the space to be separated into two distinct areas, was perfect for our family. The view was also spectacular—we were allocated a high-floor room overlooking the magnificent swimming pools, with a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Village Hotel Sentosa for their warm hospitality and for making our family trip so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
