The hotel

This hotel is conveniently located half way between Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort™, it is the perfect contrast of incredibly convenient location and contemporary accommodation. You really are spoilt for choice around the hotel's 28 acres. The kids will love the two large swimming pools, keeping them cool and happy when they're not at the theme parks. Laguna is the main restaurant, with an atmosphere that is enlivened by regular seasonal entertainment (not to mention their tropical cocktails!).

Overall, this is a nice property with a resort-like feel. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the front desk went over my Diamond benefits and explained the different onsite dining options. Unfortunately, I was initially checked into a room the was already occupied, but the staff was super apologetic and got me a new room right away. The new room was clean and a decent size, though the bathroom was showing its age and could use some updates. The hotel itself is in a good location if you’re visiting Seaworld or Aquatica, both just minutes away, and it’s only about 15 minutes from the airport. One downside is that there isn’t much in the way of dining options off property as you’ll need to walk 15-20 minutes if you want to venture outside of the hotel. On the plus side, this property does qualify as a Hilton Resort, which is great if you have the Hilton Aspire card and are trying to utilize the resort credit. Despite some minor issues, I would stay here again. Read less

Nice hotel that could probably use a little updating but for the price is well worth it. Everyone was extremely friendly and Marlin was awesome!

Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, got there and the bathroom was still dirty hair on the floor and everything. Paint is chipping off the shower and bathroom walls. I paid like over $200, the first night I wanted to swim but the pool was closed because of rain, and today we go to the pool and it is locked up so we go ask the staff and they say… Read more

I paid like over $200, the first night I wanted to swim but the pool was closed because of rain, and today we go to the pool and it is locked up so we go ask the staff and they say it's for thunderstorms but it may clear up so we wait and play some ping pong thinking okay it will open soon because it's clearing up! Nope. There were some guys inside which we were assuming were maintenance opening the pool so we asked them if they were opening it and they told us no, the pool is RESERVED FOR A FEW PEOPLE THE ENTIRE DAY. Thats not what the office told us! There are only 2 pools in this place and the only one with the hot tub is the reserved one and also it's the biggest pool as well. That is not fair to anyone else that stays here. I watched as a kid cried because his dad told her that they can't go in that one because it's reserved. Went to the lobby to ask about it and complain, and they shrug us off saying basically sorry but that's just how it is. It is not fair that we were lied to, WAITED, and then shrugged off. Food and beverage staff, as well as housekeeping, were amazing! Bed was comfy and the atmosphere was relaxing! Front desk - needs work on customer service!

I bought my Hilton package with Priscilla. She is the best. I will definitely come back to a Hilton in Orlando will deff come back we love it here we enjoy it with the family
