The hotel

Little VIP touches make a stay at the boutique Sea Breeze Beach House feel all the more special. As you sink into a sun lounger, the pool and beach attendants serve cold drinks, mist you with a refreshing spritzer, and offer delicious sorbet tasters. Its 3-acre gardens and 1,000 ft stretch of silky white sands create a sense of space, while Bajan accents like palm trees, beachside dining, and rum-infused treats create a sense of island living. Families and couples can enjoy their own zones, with a space just for grownups featuring a pool, Jacuzzis and oversized loungers — a brilliant break from the buzz around the family and lap pools. Even the beach caters for all, with a lively water sports stretch and a more peaceful patch. The luxury suites are wonderfully spacious, have beautiful ocean views and extra amenities, and with two, three and four bedroom options available, you can have an All-Inclusive experience with a 'villa' feel. Whether à la carte or one of the themed buffet evenings you'll love the food, and we recommend that you don't miss the opportunity to get the sand between your toes at the 'Shoes Optional' Beach BBQ held on Sundays.

My husband and I were just at Seabreeze for our honeymoon. We both have mixed feelings about our stay. The resort itself and the location is amazing. The beach is beautiful and we loved our room on the ground floor with a pool right outside for easy access. Most of the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The welcome we received when we first got to Seabreeze was awesome. Our issues were with a few things: the food seemed to be hit or miss. Also, there wasn’t always a big selection of food, especially the buffets. The Cerulean would not let us eat there since my husband didn’t have closed toe shoes, as we weren’t aware that he would need them. So that limited our restaurant options. We did order from there for room service a couple of times, though, so we were at least still able to try their food. Another issue we had was that our toilet didn’t always work properly. We were never told if anyone had ever come to look at it. Even though it was reported multiple times. Also; the towels at the pool always disappeared fast. Most mornings they were all gone before 9 am. So, if you didn’t get one really early; you were out of luck. And even though I asked every day for more face cloths, I was only brought some twice in the 10 days we were there. They always said they would bring some, but rarely did. Some times I was told there was no one to do laundry. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but not sure we would return to Seabreeze. Read less

The staff.....some seemed to hate the job they have......mostly the restaurant staff....the outdoor staff on the beach were amazing....when not running drinks and food....they will entertain children, they will take you out on a sail boat and show you the sights on the water...Captin Josh, was amazing....he let me let me take control of the sail to get us back to the beach.... The restaurants.... I guess it was off season so they were not fully staffed....so dinner choices were limited each night to 2 places....1 place was buffet style......so was the daily breakfast....the other restaurant rotated between 2 place non buffet....Food was ok but not great.... The room was great facing the ocean and just high enough to not see anyone walking around....the balcony was spacious and a great retreat from the sun after the hours in the ocean....the towel situation was strange....everyday when going to the beach or ocean you stopped off at the towel hutch...but if you waited till after 11am...they were all gone...and all we got as a response is sorry...they are working on it... Honeymoon Review: Sea Breeze Beach House (May 2025) The Sea Breeze Beach House provided a lovely backdrop for our honeymoon in May 2025, and while the resort offers many high points, a few service issues kept it from being a perfect five-star experience. Accommodation and Amenities We were delighted with our room, a ground-floor retreat located on the far side of the resort. This placement was actually a bonus, as it offered us wonderfully easy access to a nearby pool, which felt like a semi-private oasis at times. The general amenities, including the pools, were well-maintained and contributed significantly to our relaxing stay. Access to the beach was incredibly easy, and the stretch of sand itself was a very nice spot for sunbathing and walks. Food and Drink One of the undeniable strengths of the resort is the quality of its offerings. The premium quality drinks were a fantastic touch, setting it apart from standard all-inclusive fare. The food quality in all the restaurants was very good. However, dining was a bit of a mixed bag. While the a la carte venues offered good food, the buffet selection was quite limited. Service and Staff: The Letdown Unfortunately, the service was the main area where the Sea Breeze Beach House truly fell short, especially in the restaurants. On several occasions, we found the staff to be inattentive, and it often felt as though they did not want to help when we needed something. This was particularly noticeable in some of the dining venues. While not all staff were like this, these repeated instances significantly detracted from the overall luxury and celebratory feel of our honeymoon. Final Verdict We loved the easy pool and beach access, the high quality of the food and, especially, the premium drinks. The resort itself is beautiful. However, the inconsistent and sometimes poor service from a number of staff members, particularly in the dining areas, truly let the hotel down. We hope management addresses these service issues, as resolving them would easily elevate Sea Breeze Beach House to a truly top-tier destination. Read less

What can I say, another fantastic holiday at the Seabreeze, arrived midday tobe seat at reception and given a rum punch and cold towel to cool us down, within minutes we were taken to our room on the ground floor(I have bad knees) which led straight out onto the pool and bar area, the place was spotless and very well maintained great air-conditioning,fridge full of cold drinks and champagne a huge comfy bed and a large sofa to relax on.The hotel is spread over a large area with 3 restaurants (one was being revamped while we were there but this definitely did not impact on our stay at all)there's a very nice lunch menu at the starfish and a huge buffet in mahogany lounge every day, through our stay there was beach bbqs and plenty of lovely 3 coarse menu choices in the evenings, breakfasts as always were a huge choice of hot and cold food but I just couldn't turn down Marcia's omelettes, the boys who look after the beach are so funny and work like troopers to make our stay fabulous with ice cold drinks, yacht trips paddle boards and canoeing plus just being such nice people, just want to give a big thank you to all the staff at the bars, reception ,the waitors ,cooks and cleaners who all make a fantastic team, just to give an example of how they go above and beyond at dinner one night I asked the manger what the Malbec was as it was a very tasty wine,he told me the name and later stopped by our table to give me a bottle to take home, that's just 1 example of how everyday went, can't thank everyone enough and we're planning our 3rd visit very soon,we'll done Seabreeze another triumph!! This Hotel was in a word FABULOUS! From the moment we booked into our Ocean View King Suite we were treated extremely well by everyone on the staff - from the bartenders to the waitress staff in all three restaurants and the beach staff. We enjoyed a laid back attitude on this Island but this did not take away from the service which was at the highest level. The highest praise for all the staff but a particular mention to a few who excelled - Fabian our Ambassador, Nya and Safari who were working in the restaurants and catered to our every need and Costhberth in the Rum Shop who was a pleasure to meet every evening.
