The hotel

Built in 2020 and just a short drive from Walt Disney World Resort, Windsor Island brings a fresh, modern feel to Orlando villa holidays. Think spacious townhouses and villas made for families and groups, with room to spread out, your own private pool or plunge pool, and plenty of space for lazy breakfasts, post-park pizza nights and sunny downtime together. 

At the heart of the resort, the clubhouse serves up holiday fun by the poolful, from a lazy river, water slides and splash areas to mini golf, sports courts, games room, fitness centre and a Tiki Bar for those well-earned Sunshine State sips. It’s a brilliant base for doing the theme parks your way: big park days when you want them, chilled villa days when you need them, and all the freedom of having your own Orlando home-from-home.

Where is it

Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Distance from Orlando Airport: 25 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 71 miles.

5-9 bedroom townhouses and villas, all with air-conditioning, private screened swimming pool or plunge pool with terrace furniture, at least one cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, and complimentary WiFi access. Some villas include a games room (usually the garage) and some feature a whirlpool attached to the swimming pool. 

Five bedroom townhouses sleep maximum 10 people.

Please note: Additional bathrooms may include half bathrooms.

Please note: Townhouses feature a small splash pool, whereas villas feature a private screened pool with terrace furniture. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

Please note: Swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature, once outside air temperature reaches 60F (15C) pool heater will cut off. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.
