Overall experience was 8/10 in that specific condo amd location,as it was close to lazy river which was highlight. My kids were free to move.about resort.with shuttles. It is a picturesque 6 day stay....it is money well spent ... Con: when you arrive you are.charged a.resort fee of over 200 dollars on top of.resort stay which in my opinion should include mini golf ,tubes and waterside. Thank you for the beautiful memories Orange Lake Read less

(I wish I could remember her name). Also, check in with Christopher-New York went very smoothly. The process to get the parking pass is disappointing because they are not respectful. When contacted by the resort, Patrick assured us that it would be reported to the appropriate team to make improvements. We love the walk ability, variety of pools, & pickleball courts. Our unit was renovated and was very nice in a great location. Read less

We exchanged our timeshare to stay at Orange Lake. We’ve stayed at this resort several times in the past and been satisfied. This time we had studio units whereas in the past we’ve had two or three bedroom units. How disappointing! They call them studio suites; definitely a misnomer. They are a hotel rooms with mini kitchen. Because they are in the Club house, there is constant noise. People checking in and out like a hotel. Noise from adjacent rooms. It was so dark in the room you need a light on all day. No Floria sunlight. There was no balcony or patio or way to get outside fresh air. The maintenance of the room was poor; toilet kept running and needed a new part. Dirty stain on the rug. Stretched up furniture and vanity. A toaster that burnt the toaster no matter what setting. You get the picture.? The resort itself has a lot to offer. Many activities and pools, restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. We just expected better accommodations. Read less
