Each 2-Bedroom apartment comes equipped with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, a pull-out sofabed in the living room and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 children.
Please note that as these are privately owned units we are unable to provide accessibility such as fully accessible or ground-floor confirmations.
Each 3-bedroom apartment comes equipped with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the second bedroom, 1 queen-size bed and 1 pull-out sofabed (size can vary) in the third bedroom, a pull-out sofabed in the living room and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping maximum 10 adults and 1 child.
2-Bedroom Apartments River Island are located in the resorts 12-acre waterpark village, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 children. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and family area with double pull-out sleeper sofa.

My experience at Holiday Inn Club Vacations was an absolute disaster from beginning to end. The biggest problem was the supervisor, Tasha, who was one of the most rude, dismissive, and unhelpful hospitality employees I have ever encountered. Every conversation felt like an argument. She showed no interest in helping, no concern for customer satisfaction, and no professionalism whatsoever. Instead of resolving issues, she made them worse.
The property itself is dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard that travelers should expect for the price being charged. It feels neglected. Basic cleanliness appears to be an afterthought, and maintenance issues are impossible to ignore.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Orlando is filled with hotels and resorts that are cleaner, safer, more affordable, and staffed by people who actually care about their guests. There is absolutely no reason to waste your hard-earned money here.
This was not a vacation. It was a lesson in how badly a hotel can fail its guests. Between the terrible customer service, the lack of cleanliness, the poor maintenance, and the complete indifference shown by management, this was easily one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
Avoid this property at all costs. Spend your money somewhere that values its guests, because Holiday Inn Club Vacations clearly does not.
One caution: if you’re posting publicly, it’s best to describe Tasha’s behavior factually (e.g., “dismissive,” “unhelpful,” “refused to address concerns”) rather than making accusations you can’t substantiate. That makes the review stronger and less likely to be challenged or removed.

Is some people at the reservation does seem to be unwilling to wait on a person my skin type they just seen me waiting and they don't do anything another hand you have excellents that are willing to take care of you over and Beyond The Villa is self was very nice the resort itself was very nice I did not like the presentation because they do go over and as high pressure and you know we were expecting a tornado you know warning tornado storm and I wanted to be in and out of there before that hit unfortunately because they went over the 90 minute presentation and it is high pressure cells in a low-key touch is passive aggressiveness and if they say 90 minutes that's what I expect and then when it comes to getting your money back that you have to put down to the reserve the room they want to be all fancy and instead of giving you a physical credit card they give you a virtual one and I don't like that because I know nothing about Google wallet or all these different ways that you got to access your money when I reserve the room for $2.49 when I reserved the place and it took them less than 3 minutes after I gave them my credit card number two get my money off my account I don't expect to have to go through all this foolishness in order to get my money back they should give it as easily as they took it other than that I enjoyed myself thoroughly and but when you say no that you're not interested they should consider your time and they should consider putting out some type of little food or something if you're coming in around lunch time or so for the people not just snacks but it is what it is otherwise I had a great time.P.S I think that it should be duly noted that they should put signs where there's bodies of water on the resort to say hey alligators are in these Lakes or bodies of water that they have cuz I could definitely see him around the golf course in the water but it's just signs would be most helpful
