We had to switch rooms immediately upon check-in. We booked a King room, got the 28th floor, and as soon as we got off the elevator, I noticed the hallways were trashed. Straw wrappers, hair, debris, stains, even ear plugs in the hallway. Upon entering our room, we were hit with the strong smell of marijuana. Nope. Had to switch. Down to the 9th floor. Room smells clean, but isn’t up to par. Curtains are busted. Walls have fingerprints. Stains on the tile. It’s just not what it’s hyped up to be. Pros: front desk staff! William especially. Read less

Check in was a joke. Did online check in day before actual check in and still took 45 minutes to get keys to room. Online check in tells you to go to key center and that didn’t work.
