Our waiter who went by the name Bacon was incredible and made our night special as well as our valet who was extremely kind of welcoming named Zuri! Thank you to an incredible team and I will be returning to enjoy the Gluten Free menu and desserts soon with my boys who also have celiac and require a safe meal. It was worth the price, I’d say it’s on the pricey side but it’s worth it! Read less

The Front Desk upon arrival called over a fabulous host to help us, Dener, who assisted us with all our needs and even treated us to coffee am a muffin which was such a nice gesture. We also loved our room and its elegant functionality. Another great experience was our Disney host at their Disney desk. She was incredible at assisting us in our decision making and tried to actually save us money rather than waste money on things we wouldn’t use or need. Food in the Spanish restaurant was also excellent and the staff there was great as well. And the valet bell man were great and professional as well. I stay in Hotels 200 nights a year- so my judgement albeit usually critical, has nothing but great reviews for this four seasons. Read less

The experience we had at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. Right out the gate, I want to start with location. If you are flying into Orlando the grounds are only a thirty minute drive away, and if you plan on going to the Disney World parks the farthest park is maybe a twenty minute drive (depending on traffic and time of year). Moving to service as it ties to location slightly; we were greeted very warmly by Matthew at the front desk who shared his insights to the parks and happenings at Disney, and answered all our initial questions in a way that calmed a lot of our Disney anxiety. It was also a pleasant surprise that our room was ready upon arrival even though we arrived at the hotel three hours before official check in time. Biggest take away from the service was the free included transportation to the Disney parks. We used these buses every day, and were often the only ones onboard! Shauna was very informative and gave us all the tips of getting the most of our trips. Everyone we encountered was helpful, and happy to help even with silly questions like "will an Uber driver know how to get here?" Upon entering, you can feel in the air the luxury experience that has been curated: everything is sleek, and clean. The warm tones, and whimsical art made it easy to fall into a relaxing state and again another nod to the staff, everyone on the staff adds to this atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. Outside of the hotel on the pool deck staff continues their service keeping areas clean, and everything was stocked and perfect. Our room was fantastic to say the least. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Included shampoo, conditioner, and soaps not only smell amazing but worked very well (in my experience, no need to pack any of your own). When researching I wasn't sure how much we would use the included iPad, but it was an awesome feature which allowed us to ask staff questions, and get more details about our stay. My favorite part of the room was the included Bose speaker, and noise machine. Amenities, where to begin. Of course, as mentioned all toiletries were high quality: this follows all the way to the gym's locker rooms. Firstly the gym features a great range of equipment which is all fairly new and functional with enough space for many guests to comfortably fit, I was treated however to an empty gym each day of my stay. Also within the gym itself is a fridge of essential oil towelettes, and a fridge of waters. My favorite part other than the equipment variety, was the locker rooms. Each locker room has a steam room, showers, and grooming stations. The men's featured deodorant, hair styling products, shaving kits, and mouth wash. Researching this resort prior to our stay I could not have imagined it would have been as fantastic as it was, I can't wait to start planning our return! Read less

This is the highest-quality hotel you can stay at in Orlando. On certain days, having Disney characters join breakfast is a lovely and memorable activity, especially for families. The food is acceptable, though I wouldn’t describe it as exceptional. Pool service is good, and having a Disney desk inside the hotel is very convenient. The shuttle service to the Disney parks is also a clear advantage. Cleanliness and overall service are well above other hotels in Orlando; however, it still does not fully reflect the level of service one would typically expect from Four Seasons. I believe this may be one of the downsides of the city itself. Read less
