That was one of my best stays in a resort. The highest standards of hospitality, service delivery and customer service. Not to mention the best quality of food and diversity. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and immaculate. Generous amenities and coffee/ tea station. We had a butler , Ethan. By the beach, we were provided complementary ice bucket with water. Every time the ice melts, the staff was replenishing it without being asked to. At Sophia restaurant I was impressed by the level of service. Musa made a show out of a dish that we ordered, explaining the history, the ingredients and the how to make it. Thank you Musa, you made it very special. The lemon sorbet for palate cleaning in between courses. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. From diversity, high quality ingredients and freshness. Every hour there’s a fresh out of the oven croissants!!! Chef Mukesh came personally and checked on us many times, offering fresh items. We really felt special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Family Holiday – Can't Wait to Return! Having now stayed at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort twice, I can honestly say it remains one of our favourite destinations, and we're already hoping to make it a third visit very soon. From the moment you arrive, the resort offers a level of luxury, comfort and service that is hard to fault. The beautiful surroundings, stunning beach, immaculate grounds and exceptional facilities make it the perfect place for both relaxation and family time. What truly makes this resort stand out, however, is the incredible staff. Throughout both of our stays, we were looked after by some truly outstanding team members who consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special thank you to Wasim, Aqeel, Laila and Brandon, who were all fantastic. Their professionalism, friendliness and genuine care for guests made a huge difference to our experience. Every interaction was warm, welcoming and delivered with a smile. The biggest thank you has to go to Ethan, our butler. From the very beginning of our stay until the moment we left, Ethan was absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. His attention to detail, dedication and commitment to ensuring we had the perfect holiday was exceptional. Ethan is a true credit to the St. Regis brand and one of the main reasons our stay was so memorable. Travelling as a family, the Kids Club was another highlight. The staff there were absolutely fantastic with our children, keeping them entertained, engaged and happy throughout our stay. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. The enthusiasm and kindness shown by the Kids Club team made a lasting impression on both us and our children. Another major highlight of our stay was the food. Every meal we had throughout our holiday was excellent, with a fantastic variety and consistently high quality. Dining at the resort became something our family genuinely looked forward to each day. The restaurant manager and the entire restaurant team treated us exceptionally well and always made us feel valued and welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality and commitment to excellent service elevated every dining experience. The food and restaurant service were undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of our stay and a key reason why we love returning to this hotel. If I were to mention one area that could be improved, it would be the welcome experience at the front entrance of the hotel. On a few occasions, it felt as though guests of Arab background received more attention from the staff opening car doors and greeting arrivals than English guests. While this certainly didn't overshadow what was otherwise an incredible stay, a more consistent approach to welcoming all guests equally would make the arrival experience even better. That said, this is a very minor observation in what was otherwise an exceptional holiday. The overall service, facilities, food, atmosphere and attention to detail were outstanding throughout. Thank you to everyone at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort for another wonderful stay. We have created more amazing family memories here and are already looking forward to returning for a third visit in the future. Last week, we visited Olea Restaurant at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi for breakfast, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as we entered through the gates, we were impressed by the beautiful green surroundings and the calm, relaxing atmosphere. The environment was peaceful, elegant, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel special right away. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our breakfast, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mr. Keerthi and Ms. Chundu (apologies if I have misspelled the name) for their outstanding service and kindness. Their hospitality made our visit even more memorable. We would also like to thank Chef Sujan for his care, attention, and dedication to providing such a wonderful dining experience.
