This is a great place to stay. The location in the north village is terrific and is in walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and coffee houses. My room was comfortable and spacious with a balcony and small kitchen which made the week stay even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly as well. The fitness center is small but with so many outdoor activities that really did not matter. A couple of reasons this did not get 5 stars: (1) the restaurant is average at best with many better options close by and (2) the pool was closed for painting. One last point to make is that the property is very dog friendly so if you have allergies or cynophobia, this might not be the best place for you.

In this day when it seems like customer service has become low priority in travel, we were not disappointed here. We did not encounter one bad customer service experience in the resort. These folks are on their game!! Special shout out to Thu Nguyen, the concierge, for navigating us through the weekend from beginning to end. Although we had to leave early due to thick smoke from a fire, we will be sure to return to this warm and welcoming, pet loving resort soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
