The Escape at Nonsuch Bay Resort in Antigua is a modern adult-only, All-Inclusive getaway, perfect for couples. While a part of the larger Nonsuch Bay Resort complex, Escape Antigua is located on the other side of the hill which is out of sight and at least a quarter of a mile away from the Residences section of the resort. The Escape features its own fine-dining restaurant, reception, lounge and other public facilities. All meals are provided exclusively at the Drift restaurant located at Escape.

Located at Hughes Point, on the beautiful Nonsuch Bay on the East Coast of Antigua. Transfer time from airport: 40 minutes.

Hotel information

40 luxury ocean front plunge pool suites designed with comfort, romance and island living in mind. Each suite is designed with a king-sized bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and double vanity basins. The suites also feature an elegant wet bar/coffee centre, along with a seating area perfectly aligned to the views, an outdoor soaking tub and relaxing day beds overlooking the private plunge pool. Available with either a garden view or a bay view, sleeping 2 adults.

All Inclusive of: all meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All activities and entertainment unless otherwise stated.

Deluxe Plunge Pool Suite - available to book from the 1st July 2025. Suites offer better views and locations than the Garden Views with access to additional amenities.

Shuttle from The Escape to Nonsuch Bay. Shuttle by boat from The Escape to the nearby beaches of an Offshore Island*.

The Drift Restaurant & Bar is opened for cocktails, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as apart of the All-Inclusive package.

1 infinity pool (separate from all private plunge pools). Spa services*. Kayaking. Yoga*. Nature walks. Resort extras* (floating amenities, private picnics, private dinners and sunset cruise). Guests can also use the beach and beach bar located at the Residences section of the resort. 'Escape with Love' experiences and Resort Extras that can be added to your trip (advance booking recommended).

Complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and in the lobby reception. Pre-arrival contactless check-in system, allowing guests to skip the check-in line and focus on enjoying their stay.

There is a mandatory Tourism Guest Levy for all guests over the age of 6 of $5 per person, per night, (payable locally on departure, subject to change).

Such a beautiful retreat. Rooms, all with plunge pools are lovely. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food and drink very nice too - not loads of choice food wise, but enough. Rest of the island had nicer beaches, but the solitude and relaxation and wonderful natural environment here outweighs any negatives. The Escape is a really good hotel set in fabulous surroundings. A very relaxed atmosphere. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage space.The plunge pool was a real bonus. All of the staff were attentive and helpful. There was a wide variety of food on offer at mealtimes and we really enjoyed the cocktails . We would definitely visit again.

Just returned this morning after a lovely week here staff are lovely a big shout out to Gina who went above and beyond sorting out a minor issue thank you so much Gina a lovely lady ! . This place is for you if you want peace and quite the food was great as were the cocktails, I can’t say much about the wine as I don’t drink it , the rooms are lovely if you can get a room over looking the bay , it’s beautiful to wake up to every morning then seeing the sunset of an evening. We went to the beach every morning and yes the walk is only ten minutes but it’s up a very steep hill and some people do struggle but there is also free transport if you don’t want to walk it , at the moment there is a lot of seaweed on the beach which the beach man said is unusual for this time of year . We went over to green island to see the turtles they do this trip from the hotel a must see ! . Take your own water bottle with you to fill up as you only get two bottles free in your room once , they have a water machine to use at the poolside I took my Stanley cup and Enrique filled it with ice so it stayed cold all day. Please don’t forget to fill in your immigration forms before you get to Antiqua as I saw many people that didn’t and the become stressed waiting in long queues , they do give you forms on the plane but best of doing it online it’s quicker and stress free .
