The Escape at Nonsuch Bay Resort in Antigua is a modern adult-only, All-Inclusive getaway, perfect for couples. While a part of the larger Nonsuch Bay Resort complex, Escape Antigua is located on the other side of the hill which is out of sight and at least a quarter of a mile away from the Residences section of the resort. The Escape features its own fine-dining restaurant, reception, lounge and other public facilities. All meals are provided exclusively at the Drift restaurant located at Escape.

Located at Hughes Point, on the beautiful Nonsuch Bay on the East Coast of Antigua. Transfer time from airport: 40 minutes.

Hotel information

40 luxury ocean front plunge pool suites designed with comfort, romance and island living in mind. Each suite is designed with a king-sized bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and double vanity basins. The suites also feature an elegant wet bar/coffee centre, along with a seating area perfectly aligned to the views, an outdoor soaking tub and relaxing day beds overlooking the private plunge pool. Available with either a garden view or a bay view, sleeping 2 adults.

All Inclusive of: all meals, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. All activities and entertainment unless otherwise stated.

Deluxe Plunge Pool Suite - available to book from the 1st July 2025. Suites offer better views and locations than the Garden Views with access to additional amenities.

Shuttle from The Escape to Nonsuch Bay. Shuttle by boat from The Escape to the nearby beaches of an Offshore Island*.

The Drift Restaurant & Bar is opened for cocktails, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as apart of the All-Inclusive package.

1 infinity pool (separate from all private plunge pools). Spa services*. Kayaking. Yoga*. Nature walks. Resort extras* (floating amenities, private picnics, private dinners and sunset cruise). Guests can also use the beach and beach bar located at the Residences section of the resort. 'Escape with Love' experiences and Resort Extras that can be added to your trip (advance booking recommended).

Complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and in the lobby reception. Pre-arrival contactless check-in system, allowing guests to skip the check-in line and focus on enjoying their stay.

There is a mandatory Tourism Guest Levy for all guests over the age of 6 of $5 per person, per night, (payable locally on departure, subject to change).

This was our second trip to Escape, the first was in in 2023. We travelled for 2 weeks, the first week we were with another couple. This was our second trip to Escape, the first was in in 2023. We travelled for 2 weeks, the first week we were with another couple. Check in done before arrival made the check in process smooth, Kierah and Randy at the front desk are amazing. They will check you in , get you a rum punch to set the holiday on track, and will also set up anything you need to do excursions off the resort. They arranged several cabs for us and we were charged on our room for them. Super efficient. The restaurant on site was great. Food is freshly prepared to order and the view from the restaurant was fabulous. There are a few choices of appy's , main course and desert. There were also nightly specials. Portions were perfect for us, but if you want more they will are happy to provide. We often ordered an appy each and one to share. no problem. When we came in 2023 they had a an extra course with a soup or salad in it, we did kind of miss that course this time around. Service in the dining room is excellent. Thanks Maxine, Agatha, Hanna and Enrique. There were too many others to mention, all the staff were great. Although like other reviews they could use a little more staff, these servers worked like crazy!! Once a week they have a BBQ which we loved. You could really see the chefs take pride in their dishes and really want you to enjoy them. Drinks at thee bar were very good. All the bartenders did a good job of making nice cocktails, not to strong, not to weak. Keindra and Charles were the main bartenders and did an excellent job. The beach at Non Such is not the best beach on the island, but its very private, stunning views, sandy and has a nice beach bar serving drinks and Paninni's at lunch time. They also provide drink service right at your chair. Maudrina serves drinks with a smile and is alot of fun too!! We also had Enrigue and Hanna at the bar a couple of our days, also fantastic service. Make sure you get around the island to check out other beaches. We did Darkwood, Long Bay and Half Moon plus English Harbour for a day trip. Of course the rooms are fantastic with the private pool and excellent view. I think that is why many choose this resort, and its totally worth it This resort is about quality not quantity, and is perfect for people who like a quiet, relaxed getaway away from crowds and buffets. Staff was very friendly & accommodating; especially Enrique at the beach bar, and Micah & Shanea (sorry I hope I got your name right!) at dinning. Kiara checked us in and assisted us through out stay, she was a delight! Room was clean and cooled well. As pictured. This is definitely an escape; not too crowded and is away from the city.

When we went to breakfast one of the ladies in the restaurant recognised me and came running over to give me a hug. Thank you Maxine and Ivana are great. Nothing was too much for any of the lovely staff. Only things to point out pool area could really do with some updating. So we only go to the beach. Think the rooms could be updated. Room cleaning every other day. It is very clean and even the room maid recognised us. The atmosphere is great we have met some lovely guest and we keep in touch. The best things about it are, Quiet location, small, adults only, staff, food. We love this place. Read less
