We are Diamond Level with Sandals and have been to almost every resort. We visited Sandals St. Vincent and fell in love with this resort. It never feels busy or crowded. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We stayed at the beachfront one bedroom butler suite with private pool - BVJP. Loved the room. The only problem is there is one 110v outlet only on each side of bed. No sockets at all in bathroom. Our butlers were Seon, Keisheka and Zanique. Seon went out of his way to make sure I had a hot bath after my massage, had a chef make crepes for me and so much more. They all were good. All the food is good, but highly recommend Buccan. I am a picky eater, but love the local cuisine. We met some great couples around our family style table. Our ultimate restaurant is Gatsu Gatsu. Jefrey the manager is so kind and remembered us on our second visit. Diamond luncheon was moved to the day we left so I want to give a shout out to Jimesha who sat with us at the returning guest dinner and got my Diamond Lunch gift for me. She is a sweetheart and so pleasant to work with. La-Toya at the spa did a wonderful and relaxing massage by the river. The dive shop is the best. We loved our dive team of Jihan, Gerry, Shark, Kenvie, Alex and Tadpole. Hoping to see Vanessa more next time. The diving was the best in the Sandals group. They were all professional but also interacted with us in conversation. We had a blast with them. We can’t wait to see you again in April. Read less

First time at a Sandals resort, but not the first time to St Vincent, we had an amazing time everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had over two weeks in the resort so gave it a good go! Boat trips to the Grenadines were amazing, food was great, the views from the room were unbelievable. It rained a bit in April, but not too bad. Ladies in Island Routes were fantastic and Pool service from Valisia and Bertram was amazing and nothing too much trouble. Made friends with some of the team, Daryl, Omali, Nolisa to name but a few, what an amazing singing voice Nolisa has. Sometimes I missed some of the entertainment in the evenings as finished before I got back from dinner, so sometimes I found the evenings a little quiet as I didn’t frequent the rum bar! Rooms were huge and spacious. We loved the bicycles too. I would definitely recommend this resort and I shall return! Read less

This was our first time at Sandals St Vincent. We were very impressed with the layout and the updated styling of the rooms and balcony furniture, etc. We had an oceanfront room with a beautiful view! We did notice that some of the finishes were already looking a bit worn and the resort is only a year old. It seems like fine detail work is not a strong suit at this resort. One example was that our ceiling fan was ridiculously loud, but the service attendant said he couldn't do anything about it; we should just turn it down to low. That wasn't very impressive. Service around the pool was somewhat spotty, but Bertram was always a bright spot and super professional! Entertainment was a bit lacking, but the sunsets and the cruise to snorkel at Bequai was awesome! We saw tons of dolphins-it was so cool! The inventory in the store was pretty empty, with many bare shelves. All in all it was a great place, but they need to work harder at finish details and a little better service. Everyone was very friendly, though, just sometimes tended to ignore you. Read less

We have been to many Sandals/Beaches resorts and this is by far our favorite! Rooms were great, pools were amazing, scenery was breathtaking, and staff were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! You cannot go wrong with a trip to Sandals Saint Vincent and The Grenadines.
