Excellent resort, overall the best we have visited except for the entertainment area near the stage. Not enough seating and the sofa's etc were uncomfortable and give you backache. It was also some way from the main food service (Butches/Sora/Parasol) so you tended to miss part of the show.

As usual the staff were in the main pleasant and helpful especially Sumiko in Sora and Jimmy in the Travel Shop.
The spacious rooms were first class with large balcony, British/USA/USB sockets, long mirror and a walk in DRESSING ROOM. A minor improvement would be to remove/alter the number of shelves in the dressing room to provide more hanging space.
A major item for me was the number of parasols, each pair of sunbeds had one, something which many 5 star resorts fall down on especially Sandals South Coast which we went to 2 years ago. For guests with sensitive skin / fair complexion or who, like me, have had skin cancer.

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean. Everywhere you walk, you’re greeted by friendly staff members who genuinely seem happy to see you. From the groundskeepers to housekeeping, bartenders to restaurant staff, the hospitality throughout the resort was truly exceptional.
What made this trip unforgettable, however, were the people.
A very special thank you goes to Mr. Dwight Shuttleworth, the hotel manager. From the moment we met him, he completely transformed our experience. He genuinely cares about guests and goes out of his way to ensure people are having the vacation of a lifetime. Throughout our honeymoon, he consistently checked in on us, remembered us personally, and made us feel valued and celebrated. His professionalism, compassion, and leadership are truly extraordinary and deserve recognition.
We also want to recognize Stephen, the Club Sandals Manager, who was fantastic throughout our stay. The leadership and guest care demonstrated by both Dwight and Stephen are a huge reason why this resort stands out.
Another standout was Omali from the Entertainment Team. From our very first interaction at the beach party, he remembered both of our names and made every event more fun and engaging. His energy is infectious, and every interaction with him felt like catching up with an old friend. Sandals is lucky to have someone like him representing the brand.
The Three Jewels Rum Bar quickly became one of our favorite spots on the resort thanks to Lindell, Luke, and Atu. Their personalities, drink knowledge, and ability to create a fun and relaxing atmosphere made every visit memorable.
We also had incredible off-resort experiences thanks to our amazing tour guides Dexton, Edwin, and Jared, who made every excursion feel safe, exciting, and unforgettable.
One of the absolute highlights of our trip was Buccan Restaurant. The family-style dining experience combined with authentic local Vincentian cuisine was phenomenal. It was easily one of the best meals of our entire honeymoon — so much so that immediately after dinner, we booked another reservation to go back again before leaving the island.
We also loved the special honeymoon event hosted by the spa team. It was thoughtful, intimate, and made us feel truly celebrated as newlyweds.
Sandals Saint Vincent gave us memories we will carry with us forever. The beauty of the island is incredible, but it’s the people who truly make this resort special. Thank you again to Dwight, Stephen, Omali, Lindell, Luke, Atu, Dexton, Edwin, Jared, and the many others who made our honeymoon unforgettable.
We cannot wait to come back.
