Sandals Saint Vincent delivers a visually stunning experience from the moment you arrive. The resort itself is beautifully designed, with lush landscaping, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views that set the tone for a relaxing escape. While the resort itself excels, a few logistical aspects could use improvement. Transportation services - both to and from the airport and for in-town travel - were noticeably overpriced, which detracted from the overall value. Guests may want to explore alternative options if available. Additionally, Kingstown, often suggested as a local spot for souvenir shopping, fell short of expectations. It lacked the charm and variety typically associated with Caribbean markets, and may not be worth the excursion for those seeking authentic keepsakes. Truly disappointing as my wife and I love to support the local economy. One of the true highlights was the Red Lane Spa, a world class experience that delivered exceptional relaxation and service. From the treatments to the ambiance, it was easily one of the most memorable parts of the stay. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional - a true highlight of the stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the overall experience. Our room was a standout: tastefully furnished with modern décor, thoughtful amenities, and a layout that balanced comfort with luxury. One area that could use improvement was the drink service, which tended to be slow at times. While the quality of the beverages was excellent, the wait detracted slightly from the otherwise seamless experience. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience during your stay at Sandals Saint Vincent, the Sunset Cruise is an absolute must. From the moment we stepped aboard, the atmosphere was pure bliss — a perfect blend of laid-back island charm and elevated luxury. As the catamaran glided away from the shore, we were greeted by warm sea breezes and panoramic views of the resort and lush coastline. The golden hour light bathed the water in shimmering hues of amber and rose, creating a dreamlike backdrop that felt straight out of a postcard. But the real magic happened when the dolphins arrived. Playful and graceful, they danced alongside the boat, leaping through the waves as if they were part of the show. It was a breathtaking moment, one that left everyone on board in awe. The crew shared fun facts about the local marine life, adding depth to the experience without ever interrupting the serenity of the moment. The cruise included light refreshments, hors d'oeuvres, island music, and plenty of space to relax or snap photos. Whether you were sipping a cocktail on the deck or leaning over the railing to catch a glimpse of the dolphins, every moment felt curated for joy and wonder. Final Thoughts: The Sunset Cruise at Sandals Saint Vincent is more than just a boat ride - it's a celebration of nature, beauty, and the simple joy of being present. Between the stunning views, the warm hospitality, and the unforgettable encounter with dolphins, it’s an experience that lingers long after the sun dips below the horizon. Overall, Sandals Saint Vincent is a beautiful destination with exceptional staff and luxurious accommodations. With a bit more attention to service speed, it could easily rank among the top-tier Caribbean escapes. Read less

My husband contacted the hotel a couple weeks prior to our arrival for our 23rd wedding anniversary and asked for flower petals in our room upon arrival. Not there. Today is our 2nd full day and I’ve been underwhelmed. Our service light was on outside our room all day yesterday from 10am to 5pm and no one came. We finally called at 5 to get dry towels and our garbages emptied. We called at around 3pm with a non flushing toilet and around 4:00 someone arrived, came in, took a look, and confirmed ‘you need the maintenance dept’, left and at by 5:00 thankfully the toilet had started working on its own because no one had returned. Both bathroom sinks are very slow to drain. I’m giving 2 stars because the food has been decent and the workers friendly although getting your food and drinks is hit or miss, either slow or not at all (one poolside order never came). Prob the most annoying thing is the limited number of pool chairs that overlook the beach are snagged at sunrise by rooms that have personal butlers or others (which is fine) but the hotel allows the guests to completely leave the chairs all day while they eat or nap elsewhere or take excursions and not let anyone else use them so long as they leave a personal item. I’m shocked as to how many rude people do this. If you’re going to be gone for hours let someone else use the chairs. Most resorts will flag the chairs if you’ve been gone for a while. This is our first and probably last Sandals experience. 2 days down, 5 to go. Read less

This was our first trip to St. Vincent and our first stay ay Sandals resort. We set the vacation up early in the year and about 60 days prior to leaving my wife suffered a serious muscular injury that affected her legs and limited her ability to walk more than 20 feet. She worked hard at home on her rehab and was up tp 50-75 feet of walking and 5 minutes of stationary standing just before we left the states. The resort was informed of her impairment and our request for a wheelchair was fulfilled. We were able to navigate the resort with no significant problems. The staff and management went out of their way to make us comfortable. The restaurants were all excellent but we did have our favorites; Buccan was the first one we tried and absolutely loved the family style seating and resulting conversations with the other guests. Shout outs to Glennisha at the Parasol Beach Club, Ernesto who taught us jewelry making, Myles the waiter at Butches, Steven and Ashanti from management, Jurani and Devron at the pool bar, Pumpkin at Gatsu-Gatsu where we ate 3 times, Jonte and Kysha who taught soap making, Ashahecky who dropped what he was doing to not just tell me where I was going to go but walked me all the way there and lastly Shannique at the jerk shack who took great care of me and where we also ate3 times including the patties that she got for us as the shuttle was leaving for the airport. The facilities and the staff were amazing and made the trip so much better than it could have been with our limitations. We were so impressed with everyone and everything that we have already booked Sandals in Granada for next year Read less

From the butlers, to the wait staff, to the gardners and maintenance guys, every single person went out of their way to make you feel special! The leadership at Sandals ST Vincent is world class, and have created an amazing customer service culture. I'm definitely going back! The butler team of Trancha, Faith, and Don (the ST Lucia crew) are simply the best. They made our stay feel like we were living in an episode of "White Lotus!" They took care of everything you could imagine and more. Luke, one of the bartenders on the boat trip we took is just an exemplary employee! You should def promote him! Faith, one of the servers at the Tuesday night dinner was also truly amazing! Ernesto, one of the entertainment team members at the main pool was so funny, and I think you should hire him as your resident stand up comic! The entertainment was over the top, and in particular the two ladies singing at the candlelight concert in the lobby had angelic voices. Finally, the island of St Vincent is definitely worth putting on your bucket list! It is simply the jewel of the Carribean! The people are so nice, and they love Americans! Read less
