This sprawling resort, bordering Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, offers so many amenities and activities that you never actually have to set foot off the resort to have fun! Enjoy 54 holes of challenging golf, 3 video game arcades, a family-fun centre, and 3 fitness centres. There is also a 12-acre waterpark with unique water features, water slide, swimming pools, and a 1,200ft lazy river-style pool, plus spa tubs. Although each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, there's absolutely no need to cook if you don't want to, with a choice of 8 restaurants quite literally on your doorstep! For delicious fare from Key West, head to Breezes in the West Village. There's also grilled specialties at River Island Grilling Company, and casual fare at the Anchors. 2-Bedroom Apartments cater comfortably for up to 8 and 3-Bedroom Apartments can accommodate 12. 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with fully-equipped kitchens, a separate dining room, a family room with pullout sofa sleeper, full-size washers and dryers, TV with DVD player, coffee makers, furnished balcony or patio, and in-room safe. 


Each 2-Bedroom apartment comes equipped with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, a pull-out sofabed in the living room and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 children. 


Please note that as these are privately owned units we are unable to provide accessibility such as fully accessible or ground-floor confirmations. 

Each 3-bedroom apartment comes equipped with 1 king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the second bedroom, 1 queen-size bed and 1 pull-out sofabed (size can vary) in the third bedroom, a pull-out sofabed in the living room and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping maximum 10 adults and 1 child.

2-Bedroom Apartments River Island are located in the resorts 12-acre waterpark village, sleeping maximum 6 adults and 2 children. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and family area with double pull-out sleeper sofa.

My husband and I booked an all inclusive vacation package on Air Transit through CAA. Our package included airfare, transfers, hotel and breakfast at the Sol Don Pablo in Torremolinos, Spain. What really attracted us was the direct flight from Montreal to Malaga and the transfers to and from our hotel to the airport. The bonus was access to an Air Transit rep Lydie Millet for the duration of our stay, she was wonderful. My initial concern was the comfort of the aircraft. My 16 year old daughter, who is 5’9” flew Air Transit from Calgary to Toronto in the mid 1990s and the leg room was so tight she had her knees in her chest for the entire flight. Fortunately this year our flights to and from Spain in economy class had plenty of leg room. The crew were all wonderful and the meals were tasty. My husband and I will definitely book future all inclusive packages with Air Transit in the future. Read less

We enjoyed a week stayCation in Kissimmee - Family of 4- Plenty of space in the villa. Clean and equipped with cook utensils, dishes, and cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the view and daily activities. I did have an incident on the The pools, lazy river and hot tubs were a great touch. We met new people every night.

We are a family of 4 and were excited to attend Universal studios parks. The weather was a bit cold but we were coming from Montana so it was better than there, but not by much! The resort was quite nice and fairy busy. Timeshare programs are not our thing, but it was worth the listen to stay there. the mini golf on the North side was so stupid it was lined with rubber so the balls just rolled to the low spot and it was $12 a piece. Way too expensive for a junk course. This is a golf resort and I do not golf so I cannot be held accountable for a Golf Course review. All and All a great stay and worth the price( except for the minigolf) Read less
