There are lots of organised activities, which we reckon doubles your fun and gives you the chance to meet new friends. 1 and 2-Bedroom Apartments, all with air-conditioning, TV and DVD, coffee maker, fully-equipped kitchen or kitchenette with dishwasher and washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

1-Bedroom Smaller Apartments feature a small kitchenette, separate living room with double sleeper sofa, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

1-Bedroom Villas feature a fully-equipped kitchen, separate living room and dining area with double sleeper sofa, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 people.

2-Bedroom Villas feature a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate living and dining room, one bedroom with 1 king-size bed, and 1 bedroom with either twin bed or 2 double beds. Apartments with the 2 double beds sleep maximum 8 people. Apartments with the twin beds sleep maximum 6 people.

Self parking $30 plus tax per day (payable locally, subject to change).

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort Orlando and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Orlando area. We stayed in the Falls Phase, Building #13, Villa #249, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The spacious 2-bedroom villa truly felt like a home away from home, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after long days at the theme parks. The fully equipped kitchen was extremely convenient for preparing meals and snacks, while the in-unit washing machine and dryer made our stay even more comfortable and hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and efficient. We especially appreciated the shuttle van service that took us directly to our villa, making arrival easy and stress-free. Check-out was equally fast and convenient. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness ensured that the villa remained fresh, tidy, and welcoming every day. Another feature we greatly appreciated was the convenience of Uber pick-up and drop-off directly at our villa building, making transportation to and from Disney, shopping outlets, and restaurants incredibly easy and efficient. We also enjoyed dining at Zimmie's Bar & Grill during our stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome every time we visited. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal without having to leave the resort. The Marketplace on the property was another wonderful convenience. It was well-stocked and offered a great selection of groceries, beverages, snacks, and everyday essentials. We also appreciated the availability of clothing and souvenir items, making it easy to pick up anything we needed without having to leave the resort. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The location is excellent, with quick access to Disney parks, shopping, dining, and other major Orlando attractions while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Sheraton Vistana exceeded our expectations in every way. The spacious accommodations, excellent amenities, efficient check-in and check-out process, convenient shuttle service, outstanding housekeeping, easy Uber access, excellent dining at Zimmie's Bar & Grill, the well-stocked Marketplace, and the prime location made for a truly memorable vacation. Thank you to the entire Sheraton Vistana team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Orlando. Read less

3* review, could have easily been a 5* but because of 1 thing. The $35 per day parking charge is obscene, we stayed for 14 night and got met with a request for $500 parking plus $150 for incidentals. For a resort which states on its website that there is no resort fee, this is false advertising. A parking charge is a resort fee, no matter what way you dress it up. It’s not unusual for hotels to charge for parking, some $10 a day or higher but capped at 5/7 nights, but $35 per night for as long as you stay, do you not want people to actually stay and spend money with you and stay longer. We made a point of spending nothing in resort as a result. Whereas before we would have bought drinks in bars and food in the restaurants. Which is a shame as the resort is great, room are nice, grounds and pools amazing, location good and close to everything the place would be ideal and I should be shouting out to people to recommend it. But would I stay again, with the parking charge I don’t know if I could and would probably look elsewhere. Read less

We have enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 bedroom villa and it’s very nice. Beds are comfortable. Unit clean and very quiet. The kids have loved the pools. I do agree w others their pillows could be improved. I love their oversized towels though. Checkin process was easy. I oils definitely stay again if we come back.

The villa was great. Has everything we need to say 4 days (or longer). Unfortunately they put us in a building by Apopka road, where we can hear car noise all day and night.
