We loved the detail of having so many umbrellas at each entrance so you didn’t have to worry about keeping one with you. A very nice touch!
The fitness center was incredible. The Technogym videos were very special! The foam rollers were so necessary after a day of skiing!
We also rented bikes from the recreation department and had a blast.
The pool and hot tubs were wonderful and there was never a shortage of towels.
My only complaint was that the self parking was a bit far away, but we made it work!
We stayed in a suite on the ninth floor and really took advantage of the kitchen. There were two burners, a Lavazza coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher!
The robes were so soft and lush. What a phenomenal resort!

I would like to highlight especially Timmothy O’Neal for his help the last day. On the last day of my trip, my car got stuck on the side of the road. I was in hurry to get to the airport. I called the Avis roadside assistance, but it would have taken them hrs to assist me. I was lucky that the valet parking guys called Timmothy to help me. He was able to pull my car from the snow and get me back on the road. I managed to make it to my flight. Thank you Tim!
