We’ve had a lovely few days here at hakuraa huraa. We’ve had our room made up daily and had our bed decorated with “happy honeymoon”. The Staff are lovely and always make an effort to say hello when passing. The only down side is that as a non fish eater, I’ve had to be careful what to chose from the ai buffet as some fish dishes it isn’t made clear that it has fish in. Other than that minor problem, we cannot fault our stay here. Read less

Cleanliness level - spotless. Noise level - well managed. It felt that hotel staff are walking around on tippy toes to make sure that guests are not disturbed. Snorkeling equipment included in all inclusive package, along with trips to snorkeling places twice a day. A little tip: if you're a smoker then make sure you purchase your ciggies before arriving to Maldives as they're well expensive on the island - $38 per pack of Marlborough Gold. :) Read less

Two week stay with my partner and grown up daughter. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was ideal as we were close to the pool, bar and restaurant. We had a section of beach outside the bungalow which was just for us, so ideal for those days you need some R &R. The staff in every department were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We spent quite a lot of time at the Spa which was excellent!! The gils who run this are absolutely fantastic and very professional. We had various treatments over the two weeks with a great package deal for the three of us. The girls who looked after us were Arik, Purnia, Willy, Prita, Dian, Dinda, we also had excellent service from our young man in the restaurant his name was Faharooz. The room was bright, clean and serviced each day, fresh towels whenever you need them, beach towels refreshed each day. The pool with swim up bar was a lovely place to be, overlooking the beach. The food at every sitting was excellent and varied. Drinks on the all inclusive were plentiful and large!! As we were getting ready to depart for home, building works were commencing to upgrade some of the decked areas. We did hear rumours that the island was going to be upgraded to a 5* and adults only ( not that there were any children there during our stay) My only criticism would be that there was a bit of waisted space. The fish restaurant, which could be booked and was an additional cost, was hardly used during our stay. Nicely situated on the beach with beautiful views I thought this a shame. Maybe when/if the upgrade to 5* happens, they might make it a restaurant that can be booked but is included for all visitors. Also the Platinum island ( we couldn’t go as we weren’t staying there) I think most of the holiday makers staying here came over to the main island each evening, although it was a fair walk. If the upgrade happens it would be nice to see all visitors on the same package and all areas open to everyone. (perhaps with the ability to book a restaurant outside of the buffet one) We had to wait a long time for our seaplane to and from the island, around two to two and a half hours each time, this was a little disappointing. We were exhausted on the way to the island from our long journey from the UK and just wanted to get home at the end of our holiday, the seaplane was over an hour later than we had been told on our departure day. All in all a fantastic holiday, would love to visit another island in the future. Read less

The place is exactly just like on the photos: white sand, turquoise water, nice and cozy bungalows, and starry sky in the evening as far as the eye can see. The meals were delicious, and the crew add a lot to this as well: the chefs, Kelum, Charuna, and Anjali, and of course, our always smiling waiter, Riyaaz! And all the rest of the crew was extremely helpful and friendly at all times, I never had such great experience before! So anybody who’s thinking to spend a few days in paradise, highly recommend to choose Cinnamon, you won’t regret!! Read less
