Half Board and Full Board can be redeemed in 8 Participating restaurants with an unparalleled choice of:

Upgrade to an Executive Walk View or Executive Sea View Room on the top 3 floors of the main building and enjoy the Executive Lounge including complimentary WiFi access, private check-in/check-out, complimentary daily breakfast with hot and cold buffet items, all-day refreshments and nibbles plus pre-dinner drinks and a selection of hot and cold appetisers from 6:00pm–8:00pm. Rooms sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Family Suites are larger with sea views and a separate living room, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.

Unfortunately, more than 45 working days have passed since we cancelled our prepaid booking due to the situation in the area, yet we still have not received our refund. At the time of cancellation, the hotel assured us that we would receive a full refund. However, despite several follow-ups with their poorly managed reservations team (they only send generic, copy-and-paste responses with no clear answers) , the refund has not been processed, and no one has been able to provide a clear timeline for when we can expect to receive it. This experience has been extremely disappointing. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always trusted and enjoyed the level of service provided. As returning guests, we expected better communication, greater transparency, and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, the prolonged delay and lack of clarity regarding our refund have significantly affected our confidence in the hotel and our overall impression of the customer service we received. Just two suggestions A) at the buffet not always it's clear if it's meat seafood vegetables especially with indian/arabic/thai/foreign cusine so we have always had to ask B) at the reception and in the lobby, air conditioning is at maximum (freezing) and You have to cross it to take the lift.
