We are now on day 21 and hotel still has not processed the refund and stopped replying to email. It’s disappointing that the hotel treats its loyal customers like this. I have other bookings for same hotel for later on the year and will now be cancelling all of them.
You expect better from the Hilton brand and a so called 5 start hotel. We now on day 24 and has a message 13 days ago that it was being sorted yet nothing - Will probaley get a auto generated email reponse that means nothing.

I arrived at 2am following a flight from the UK and they did not have any details of my reservation, despite the fact I already paid for a club room in full. After an hour of back and forth I was told the only was I could stay in the hotel was to pay the day rate for that night - 1655.37 and speak to the reservations team in the morning. So the option I was left with was pay, or sleep on the street. Clearly i had no option and was effectively held to ransom
Having made the payment, the next morning I was told that they are very sorry but for some reason my booking was deleted into the junk folder. They had now found it it everything was OK. Clearly it was not OK and they then offered to upgrade my half board to include a drinks package by way of an apology, and after 3 weeks the money I had paid would be refunded. 3 weeks! I don't drink, so this package was wasted on me, and i had club access already, so this was a very poor way to make up for the inconvenience caused at 3am the night before.
It only get worse. Upon checking out, they still hadn't processed the refund but said they would now do so and I would receive it in 3 days. 2 weeks later I still had not received it and contacted them again. They responded saying they would process it ASAP. A week later still no refund, and i contacted them again. This time my e mail was ignored. I have just sent them another e mail.
Clearly the service is awful and would advise anybody to avoid this hotel, unless you wish to be told you have to pay twice for the same reservation or stay on the street, and then to be ignored when they should process a refund. Over a month and still nothing. Just awful, I wont stay in this, or any Hilton ever again.

We had an amazing stay in Hilton Jumeirah, the staff were so kind and professional especially Mrs and Mr Natasya and Abdul, my family and I enjoyed so much, we will definitely come back.
Elcid did a fantastic job on assisting us in every aspect that we need during our stay. His very attentive and giving the time to ask if we are good. Definitely will always come back with this kind of service.
