Water View King Premier Rooms are 475 sq ft and have and views of the marina, with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites are 700 sq ft and have floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious living area, 2 pool lounge chairs reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, and preferred restaurant reservations at Area 31. With 1 king-size bed and queen-size sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview One Bedroom Suites are 950 sq ft and have 2 private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, separate living room, chilled bottle of premium bubbles or wine, 2 pool lounge chairs and a cabana reserved daily, 2 bottles of water daily, outdoor Bluetooth speaker for use during stay, curated 'suite' playlist by Kimpton Director of Music Experience Laren Bucherie, preferred restaurant reservations in all Miami Kimpton restaurants, 2 pairs of Samba Sol flip flops, Avant Gallery curated art tour (reservations required), and access to the 29th floor special event experiences in the lounge. With 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Valet parking $44 plus tax, per night (payable locally, subject to change).

BEWARE of additional charges. I was charged a bogus "Guest Amenity Fee" for every night even though I booked entirely with points. IHG policy is to not charge resort/amenity fees for stays booked entirely with points/rewards. You will pay more than that your booking option shows you.

Amazing location with nice people and great customer service. Kimpton Epic hotel is 4 stars hotel. Excellent staffs from the valets to front desk. I had a wonderful experience during my stayed. I would like to share my helpful experience with other people and friends and I will be happy to come back.

I came to Zuma yesterday for dinner and not only the food was delicious but the Supervisor, Adolfo was extremely attentive, nice and the wait time for the car in the valet was super fast. .

Adolfo from the valet team at Kimpton EPIC Miami was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I was in a serious time crunch, and he moved quickly to get my car ready—such a lifesaver. His attitude and level of service really stood out. Kimpton is lucky to have him!
