The hotel

What a unique place! The lifts ascend diagonally up the pyramid wall and the beam of light that shines from the top can be seen from 10 miles up in space. Vegas gets hotter than Egypt in the summer, so you’ll appreciate the 5-acre pool area with 4 pools, as well as a new adult VIP pool* section. Check out the hotel's dining options too — there's Diablos Cantina, Tender Steakhouse, Backstage Deli, Pyramid Café, and Public House. In the sumptuous Nurture Spa, you can enjoy treatments like botanical body buffs, Swedish massages and refresher facials. Blue Man Group is a comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one. You'll be closer to the action than ever before at the specially designed Blue Man Theatre at Luxor Hotel and Casino. It's an outrageous multi-sensory experience you'll never forget.

Image of the Tripadvisor rating Affordable, but limited in casino spending. Prices gouging on the strip in full effect.

I use to like staying at luxor, because it was more of a bargain then the higher end hotels. Even though the rooms are still affordable, they cut cost on amenities. No fridge or room clock, and the cable TV for lesser words was crap. Food cost, bar drinks, and gift shop items prices were outrageous Like I was at the Wynn.

My daughter and I stayed at the Luxor in September 2025 and found a bed bug in my daughter’s bed. We have asked for a refund since travelling home after finding out we are entitled to one but have so far had our emails ignored.

We stayed at Luxor for three nights. We had a Tower room, large and very nice. The casino was fun, with good beverage service.

Unique stay and love the tram. Wish it operated around the clock. This is a place you stay at once and probably won't need to do it again but still well worth the original stay.

After staying in thousands of hotels I NEVER would have expected this, especially after what I paid!!! Then the bag for the ice bucket… well kinda fit but then again NOT really! Would have expected at least the STANDARD hotel amenities… like a refrigerator!!! Maybe check to see, if you book, if you will get a refrigerator for your $180 per person per night 😱 Read less
