All villas have en-suite bathroom with bath tub with overhead shower and hand shower, vanity unit, toilet and WiFi access.

Wonderful Wedding Experience!

We had our dream wedding at Maya Ubud (26 September) and can’t express enough how incredible the whole experience was! My husband and I stayed for two nights, and many of our guests stayed longer in various rooms and villas - every single person was blown away by the beauty, tranquility, and especially the service. We held both our ceremony and reception at Maya: the Ceremonial Plaza for our vows, the Amphitheatre for cocktail hour, and the Tree Bar Terrace for our dinner reception. Everything ran so smoothly and felt truly magical - it was the easiest project I’ve ever managed, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding - from the canapés and cocktails to the dinner itself, and the Babi Guling, every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The fire dance performance during our cocktail hour was such a highlight too - a mesmerizing surprise that made the night even more special and unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Yudi, Ms. Nova, Adi, Indah, Sutrisira, Dalgum, and Mr. Steve (our MC highly recommend!) for making everything perfect. The team went above and beyond in every way - from thoughtful surprises to genuine smiles that made us feel like family. After the wedding, we returned to a room filled with flowers and a petal-filled bath - such a beautiful touch to end our celebration. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the views, the pools, the food, and the serenity. Families loved the kid-friendly activities, and even our older guests found it peaceful and comfortable. Maya Ubud is the perfect destination for weddings - and just as ideal for a relaxing holiday. The staff were accommodating, patient, and flexible, even helping us set up a comfortable payment plan during the year-long planning and the impromptu buffet brunch the next morning for some 26 guests! I was amazed that my bouquet looked exactly like the photo I sent! If you’re planning a wedding here, we kept our expectations low but were completely blown away. Incredible!!!

Absolutely incredible, stayed here for two weeks and didn’t want to leave. The room was fantastic, always clean and had everything in (towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, body wash, iron, hairdryer, shoe wipes, insect spray). Bottled water and tea/coffee facilities were refreshed daily. There was also a mini fridge and safe in the room. The hotel itself was off the main roads so was very quite and peaceful, there were also security at the gates so you felt very safe. The pools were amazing and not busy, near the infinity pool there were plenty of spaces to sit by the pool and call options for food and drinks so you didn’t need to move! Food in both restaurants was incredible- lots of options and always very very good. There were different performances every night you could watch- our favourite was the fire dance. Afternoon tea was also available for free everyday and there were always offers in the tree bar for drinks (happy hour) and food. Prices were very good as well! In room dining was the same standard as food in the restaurant and the same price which was great. The spa facilities and treatments were unreal, very much enjoyed our spa time. Lastly every single member of staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel just based on the lovely staff let alone the facilities offered. Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Sutrisna, Hartini, Krisna,Rani,Mana,Ayuparatami, Chef Wayan and Dita. They made us and our children feel very comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

What an incredible experience! Our time in Ubud exceeded all expectations. We came for a wedding at Maya Ubud, and the way everything was organised and carried out was truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Dek Ayu, Darmen, Mana, Suma, Rani Butler, and the entire Maya Ubud team for their exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!

Maya Ubud - slice of paradise

Maya Ubud Resort & Spa is located in an idyllic riverside area, surrounded by lush terraced rice fields and forests. The room we stayed in was incredible with our own small private pool, outdoor shower and even the occasional visits from the Indonesian long tail monkeys! Our stay was made even better by the amazing and friendly staff, our butlers Eka, Satria & Ricky always made us feel special. Our main man Eka was always greeting us with a smile and wanted to assist us with anything, very useful and very approachable! The hotel restaurants and bars are very good, with daily entertainment including traditional Balinese music and dance, allowing us to experience some of the traditional culture in the food/drinks and shows. The amenities are incredible, we didn't have time to experience the spa, however the two infinity pools, especially the river pool looking over the lush nature were once in a lifetime! There are walking routes through the forest areas, they plan guided walks where they help explain the local flora and fauna. Ubud town is very close, with daily free shuttles leaving from the hotel. It is walkable however just be careful on the roads! There is quick and easy access to the wide variety of boutique stores, local markets, very nice restaurants/cafes and temples and Ubud palace. I couldn't recommend Maya Ubud any higher, it was a beautiful and tranquil part of Bali. The staff, especially Eka, made our stay even better and hope to visit again soon! Read less
