The hotel

Where is it

Located on the North coast on the famed Ocho Rios Bay, 15-minutes from Dunn's River Falls. Transfer time from the airport: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Complimentary transfers included for stays of 4 nights or more (only applicable to/from Montego Bay Airport).

680 rooms on up to 14 floors with lifts in each block. Deluxe Resort View Rooms are located in the North Tower, these rooms feature either one king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to two adults and one infant, views overlooking the resort grounds or surrounding hotel property.

The kids camp absolutely made our trip. This kid absolutely loved, leaving her family to go have fun with other kids. Can’t recommend this this place enough. 10/10!

The hotel itself is beautiful, the food is great but the staff is really what makes this place standout. From Antoinette at the front desk, Nicki in guest services, Kadian, Shereda to Jimmar and Shane in the Momo restaurant…the staff is the definition of hospitality and great customer service.

My friends and I specifically requested Eli as our chef. He had so much enthusiasm and had many jokes. We specifically like his singing and song choices. They were entertaining and I called it Karaoke Habachi. Eli is excellent and great with friend groups and families. Keep it up Eli!
