Star rating

The hotel

You'll feel like you're in the heart of this Romantic French capital as you dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower or wander around the Parisian boulevards, admiring the designer French boutiques. This hotel has a great central Strip location and of course, one of the best views of the unique Vegas skyline from the top of the tower, which is an amazing half-scale exact replica of the original. You can choose to stay in one of the newly remodeled Bordeaux Rooms, combining classic European elegance with a modern flair. Other Paris sights in replica include the Arc de Triomphe, Louvre façade, Paris Opera House façade and stage, Hotel de Ville and Alexander III Bridge. There are a number of French and international themed restaurants. You can dine out on the alfresco terrace eating authentic French cuisine at Mon Ami Gabi, watching the Bellagio fountains opposite and enjoying people watching on one of the world's most famous streets.

Let’s start with the positive. Clean room and bathroom. Great location. It’s in the middle of the strip. Walking distance to many of the other casinos. Front desk was responsive, but housekeeping was slow and inefficient. We arrived and the body wash dispenser was empty. We called housekeeping and they dropped off 4 - 1.4oz tubes of body wash instead of refilling the dispenser. We arrived at 2:30pm and the body wash arrived at 11p the next evening. Yes. Our 2nd day. We even asked for the room to be cleaned and housekeeping didn’t clean the room until our 3rd day and we had to request twice for it. In fact the housekeeper was next door and we asked if she could clean the room and she said it was not her assigned room. Several minutes later a housekeeper arrived. She didn’t fill the body wash dispenser and she didn’t leave us any body wash tubes. They didn’t leave a floor mat either. We had to call housekeeping again to bring us body wash. The hot water didn’t work initially. Maintenance came up and tried and after several minutes hot water emerged. He told us the hot water is being pumped from the 15th floor and we were on the 6th. The rest of the stay we had to run the hot water for up to 4 minutes just to get it warm. Full hot water took 5 minutes. On our final day the elevators to our tower were inoperative. I called guest services and they apologized and said they would send someone up to help us. I was placed on hold. As I was waiting, another guest told us he used the sevice Elevator to get downstairs. Once we got to the service elevator, Tyrone navigated us to the lobby area so we could get out rideshare. If you want to gamble, the casino is small and limited. If you don’t want a crowded casino, this is a good place to play. Read less

This hotel is aging an it shows. The beds were not comfortable. There was a large crack in the wall in the bathroom of our room. The furnishings and decor were outdated. The lighting was terrible because the only overhead lighting is bu the door and 2 of the 4 lamps in the room did not work. During a 4 day 3 night stay we had repeated issues exiting the parking garage because their card readers and ticket readers were not working. It took 30 minutes or more to exit since everyone had to hit the call button to get out. Rather than just leaving the gates open until the issue was fixed we were told to hit the call button if we had issues. This hotel would rather inconvenience all of its customer's than lose a few dollars in parking fees. There were also repeated issues with the elevators. All elevators would come to the lobby level an the doors would open, but none would work for about 10 minutes, like the system was being reset. This happened repeatedly each day for the entire 4 day stay. The escalaters to the parking garage were also not working several times during the stay. When I spoke to a supervisor about the issues he stated he was offsite and that he had heard no reports of such issues from his onsite employees. This hotel is poorly managed and maintained and I will never return. Read less

Check in took at least 30 minutes - and that was using the kiosks (which were not obvious at first).
