The hotel

Meet Park MGM, a fresh take on the Vegas resort experience in the center of the Strip. Here we're all about what's fresh, Park MGM is smoke-free. This is the kind of place where excellence comes together—like Eataly, The Reserve at Park MGM, and The Library. A poolside restaurant conjures the South of France, and a bodega-style bar and eatery brings the best of LA’s food scene to the desert, courtesy of Chef Roy Choi. Enjoy flair without the formality at Bavette’s and savor a handcrafted cocktail at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Try your luck at the table of your choice, or with a brew and a bite at BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar. Kick back in a cabana or cool off in one of three pools. When the sun goes down, linger over drinks on the terrace—at Primrose, La La Noodle or our club On The Record. Park MGM is located next to the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena and is home to 5,200-seat Dolby Live at Park MGM.

Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great Service and a Positive Overall Stay

I recently stayed at Park MGM and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent and easy to get around, and the property has a clean, modern feel. I recently stayed at Park MGM and had a very positive experience overall. The location is excellent and easy to get around, and the property has a clean, modern feel. Some areas are a bit dim, which I know isn’t for everyone, but I didn’t mind it and thought it fit the overall vibe. My trip was impacted by a flight cancellation, and I needed to extend my stay during a very busy weekend. The team was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted quickly, and I really appreciated how smooth the process was. What stood out most was the follow-up and overall level of care, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The only reason I am not giving a perfect score there is that it could be a bit noisy at times during the day, especially with hallway activity and door closures, which made daytime rest a little more difficult. Cleanliness across the property was great, and the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful. Service was definitely a highlight of the stay. In terms of value, I felt that the combination of MGM Rewards benefits and the overall experience made the stay worthwhile. One small tip for future guests: if your reservation is extended, it may be worth confirming that your room key remains active, as I did need to have mine reissued. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Read less

I was buying sunglasses in "Shades" inside MGM Las Vegas, and the guy in the store connected to "Shades", Voyage, asks if I wanted a free screen protector for my phone. I wasn't in hurry on Thursday, so I made the big mistake of entertaining him. He politely put a screen protector on my phone, then proceeds to show me a battery that connects to… Read more
I was buying sunglasses in "Shades" inside MGM Las Vegas, and the guy in the store connected to "Shades", Voyage, asks if I wanted a free screen protector for my phone. I wasn't in hurry on Thursday, so I made the big mistake of entertaining him. He politely put a screen protector on my phone, then proceeds to show me a battery that connects to and charges my phone. The demo worked well, but the BRAND NEW ON THE BOX charger did not work with my phone. I told I was in a hurry to catch my ride to my son's wedding. He tells me, no refunds, and he can't make it work. I didn't have time for that. After being extremely upset with him, I leave for the wedding. I'm leaving this long message, begging EVERYONE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Voyage inside MGM Las Vegas!!!!!!! I'll post again and again, and MANY more times. Read less

I stayed at Park MGM during a recent trip to Las Vegas and unfortunately the stay ended on a very disappointing note due to an interaction with the front desk. I booked the stay through Marriott Bonvoy. However, when arriving at the hotel I was required to create an MGM account and check in through MGM’s system instead of Marriott’s. While that was manageable, it created confusion about which benefits actually applied to the reservation. The most concerning issue happened on the last night of my stay when I went to the front desk to ask about a possible late checkout. I mentioned that I am a Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member and asked if a late checkout might be available depending on status and availability. The agent told me I was not eligible because the reservation was through MGM rather than Bonvoy. That by itself would have been fine, but the conversation quickly became uncomfortable. The front desk agent began responding in a dismissive and sarcastic tone. She eventually said she could extend checkout to 1 PM but did so in a very snarky manner. When I pointed out that the interaction felt unprofessional and decided to walk away from the conversation, she told me she would call security. Shortly afterward, my room keys and mobile key stopped working entirely. I could not even access the elevator to get back to my room and had to find another employee to help restore access. As a guest with an active stay, having your keys disabled after a disagreement at the front desk is extremely concerning and something I have never experienced at any hotel. Park MGM has a nice property and location, but this type of interaction leaves a very poor impression. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled and also provides clearer guidance on how Marriott Bonvoy benefits apply at MGM properties. Read less
