Just returned from PH, and I mist say I had a great experience. Stayed July 14-18 with my grown kids. The hotel is HUGE! Check on started off on the wrong foot as the first woman at the check-in desk decided she was going to check us in, gave my daughter a dirty look, and walked away which left us baffled. The second representative, Bianca, took over and was MAGNIFICENT! I gave her my Cesars Reward card with a "tip" and asked for a complimentary upgrade for our two rooms, and she obliged. We were upgraded from Ultra Hip Mountain View to Ultra Hip Strip View rooms. Bianka provided us with all the necessary information we needed for our stay. Much appreciated Bianka and thank you! Now for the Pros: Rooms were very spacious, and clean. Beds were super comfortable with large pillows, thank goodness. I hate those little hotel pillows. Bathroom was also spacious. Had a deep soaking tub, a separate shower space and separate toilet with a door. Plenty of towels ,hand and washcloths. Hot water was HOT and plentiful. The tub came im handy for my aching legs after walking around Vegas. We went downstairs and walked around The Miracle Mile 5 had a lot of stores. I purchased a bomb from LUSH, which helped ij my bath. Make sure to go to the ABC stores to purchase your snacks and drinks as their prices are the best in Vegas. Oh and their was a mini fridge to store your drinks as well. Cons: The sink was a single you have to share. Would be better if you changed this and made them double sinks, especially when two people are sharing a room. The floor in the bathroom had spots and wasn't mopped. This procedure should be added to the checklist before guests check in. Didn't get to use the pool, but I noticed the loungers didn't have umbrellas, which isn't good in 109 degree weather. Shouldn't have to pay for a cabana just for shade. Otherwise my stay at PH was great, and would I return, ABSOLUTELY!! Read less

Great location but the rooms are dated. There isn't enough lighting in the rooms, so girls if you need to do your make up, it's a challenge. The power plugs don't have a high enough voltage. They don't charge your phone fully. The bathrooms don't have a fan and the air circulation is poor, if you catch my drift.
