Favourite place to eat was the World Cafe - amazing choice, good quality food and once they knew our taste made a great cup of coffee (always a big thing for us). 24h hour Coco Cafe a great place to get a snack or drink. Room service also excellent. Overall an amazing place, beautiful grounds, very relaxing (but party atmosphere in the pool if that was someone's choice). We were not disturbed or impacted by the work going on, even though our swim up pool was right next to it. Staff could not be faulted - would definitely return. Evening musicians were outstanding - particularly the quartet rendition of 'Madam Butterly' etc. Read less

I loved the pool and especially loved the beach. They have a bunch of tiki houses to lay under to keep you out of the sun and it’s really clean. While this resort is expensive. You definitely get what you pay for at secrets. Highly recommend and I would definitely go back! Read less

The food was way above average and the service beyond reproach . Our conceirge , Felipe Cruz was five star as was Erden our waiter on the beach. The UVC team of Issac and Zayda were super helpful in making our stay even better and our hats off to them as well. Lastly, the Halloween themes and Day of the Dead always touch us as we were married October 31. Only minor downside was the noise level ......boom, boom, boom at the pool area all day long and into the early evening is great for some but others may enjoy the peace and quiet or even a different genre of music. Outdoor festivities in the middle of the complex til 9 pm with the associated bass boom boom makes sitting on your preferred balcony enjoying the early evening and dusk while sipping a cocktail, enjoying the tub , or listening to the ocean and night sounds not so enticing our only downer.
