We wish to thank Ishiahs in Security for assisting my husband and myself after a small medical episode. He and the other security guards on the second floor were amazing and he assisted us with ease.

I was very disappointed when I checked into to the room at the Cosmo. I was surprised to see how filthy the room was. When I saw the first stain on the pillow, I thought oh maybe it was just this pillow. I was mistaken. I saw the stained sheets and multiple dirty pillows that are hard to miss when you are making the bed for the next guests. Then I entered the bathroom and saw a mouthwash on the toiletry tray. Upon further inspection it was already opened and used. The cleanliness of the rooms are not a priority because I found out in my cousin's rooms they were not provided mouthwash. So it is not even part of their regular provided toiletries but they still left it in the bathroom for the next guest. They did not even sweep the floor, I found hair on the bathroom floor from the previous guests. This experience made me think how dirty the rest of the rooms and hotel was. They did give me a new room but it was located in a different tower than the rest of other people in my party. We were all on the same floor but they said they had no other rooms available. The next morning I asked if they had rooms in the same tower I was in before, the front desk told me to check later because they did not have the staff at the moment. Not sure what that meant. The rest of the day the checkin line was too long to for me to spend time and ask again. I use to love the Cosmo but I will be staying somewhere else next time. Read less

This is the second time we have stayed at the Cosmopolitan. The last time we stayed a few years ago we managed to get a Wraparound Suite overlooking the Fountains. This time as we booked through Expedia, at the time of booking we could only get a Twin Bed Fountain view. Two days before we were due to arrive I checked Expedia and the Wraparound suite was available and just £40 a night more than we had paid for the twin room. The Cosmopolitan waived the cancellation and rebooking fee that was applicable due to a late change. On arriving I asked that we didn't have one above the Marquee Day and Night Club. The only one they had ready was above them but on the 61st floor and but had a poor view. On entering the suite we could already hear the loud music and you could feel it on the floor. On returning to reception and waiting an additional 90 minutes we were allocated a suite on the Chelsea side. We were given $150 credit and free parking as an apology. The suite was great and had a great view of the Strip and airport on the 57th Floor. When we checked out we found that the resort fee had also been waived. The customer service here was brilliant. The hotel is perfectly situated on the centre strip. We got rid of the car after the second day as why pay for a hire car when you don't need it. We used Ubers and the Deuce and saved a lot of money. The only gripe really was the time you need to wait for an elevator. It can take a long time in the morning when people are checking out. Would I stay here again ? Yes but ask for a lower floor as Vertigo and a high floor balcony don't mix well. Read less

Hotel is nice enough but check in process was horrible. Took over an hour check in. Spoke with manager Ramill and he said the process was slow because they were sold out.
