We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Palazzo and would highly recommend it to family and friends. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The hotel was spotless, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the convenient location, excellent dining options, and easy access to everything on the Las Vegas Strip. The entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and stress-free. Every member of our group had a fantastic time, and The Palazzo played a big part in making our trip memorable. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Las Vegas. Thank you to everyone at The Palazzo for providing such an outstanding experience! 10/10. Read less

It was great. Rooms were huge and views were wonderful. We had exceptional service. The restaurants were great as well as the pool. We were there to see the Wizard of Oz and went to see "O" as well. Wonderful Vegas experience!

The Palazzo and the Venetian Hotels are always a good choice. There's always a lot to do and the rooms are large and very attractive. The only negative was the mattress. It was too soft and saggy for us. The staff did put a board under the mattress in an attempt to make it less soft but it didn't help.

We stayed at The Palazzo over Memorial Day weekend. It has been our go to place to stay in Las Vegas for years. We’ve always booked a Prestige Club room, but I’m not sure we’ll continue doing so in the future. The lounge access is convenient, but the overall value has declined over the years. I tried to make a reservation at the Juliet room through the concierge, but it's like you're dealing with an AI chat bot. The large suite style rooms remain some of the best on the Strip. The resort is consistently clean, and our room was cleaned each day. The pool areas are also great, with plenty of loungers available as long as you get there early enough to get a spot. We enjoy all the various shops, restaurants, and casino areas throughout the hotel. The renovated Canyon Ranch spa was a major disappointment, specifically the hydrotherapy area. They took what was once a unique and relaxing spa experience and turned into something much more bland and generic. From the Palazzo, getting to the spa now required a long walk to the Venetian side through a series of random hallways. The full experience is now coed with hot and cold plunge pools, sauna, etc. The lighting in the hydroptherapy area is far too bright for a spa. Read less
