We wanted to experience the Sphere; little did we know that the Venetian resort was going to be such an experience as well. The place has everything you need. The all-suite rooms are clean and very comfortable. The entire building is a show case. The restaurants are so good, it is difficult to decide on which one to try. The entire stay was… Read more

We said the resort alone has made us want to come back to Vegas soon as possible and not wait another 10 years. Read less

The shopping spectacular but expensive. The food as a whole is good. CUT by Wolfgang Puck is a must. The staff is the most attentive and helpful on the entire property! The steaks top shelf. Worth every penny! Buddy V’s not so much so. Room service breakfast is fun! Delivered in cute bag, great containers and large serving. It was very good also! The pool is nice but the whole time I was there no one came to offer food or drink. The gondola ride is fun but too short for the price. The connection to the Sphere is a great plus. Read less

The pros: Beautiful and spacious Sphere view king suite, beautiful bathroom with double sinks in bathroom and great shower pressure. Loved watching the graphics on the Sphere change. Great location, as we came to see the Eagles concert. Loved the Palazzo pool because it wasn’t a super loud, super crazy “party pool” as many of the pools are in LV. The cons: Arrived around 11 am and were promised a room by 3 pm. Apparently upon check-in, a specific room was assigned to us, so we were at the mercy of housekeeping to get that specific room ready for us. (Usually it’s first come first serve for the category that’s been booked, so this was strange). By 3:15 we hadn’t been notified so I called the front desk and got a very helpful back office person who put me on hold for about 10 minutes but was able to secure a room for us in our booked category. We went to the luggage check to let them know that our room was ready and that we were headed straight there. They did not tell us that they could only deliver the luggage if they got confirmation that we were in the room. Our phone rang in the room 3 separate times and each time we couldn’t connect upon picking up. No messages left so we didn’t know who was calling. Finally after 45 minutes without our luggage I called the concierge who was able to discern that the luggage people had been trying to reach us. 15 minutes later our luggage arrived. That is an HOUR after arriving in our room. No apology and the porter accused us of not knowing how to answer the phone in our room. Not very nice. A whole day wasted when we would have liked to relax at the pool on day 1. Breakfast at the Capri restaurant was a disaster. Very slow service, asked for cream and sugar with my morning coffee which I did not receive. 15 minutes for them to bring cream and sugar by which time the coffee was cold. Waitress made all kinds of excuses and gave me attitude when I asked for a fresh cup. The service at the pool is also horrendous. It took 45 minutes to an hour to receive drinks. This was on both days, every time. Should have just gone to the bar ourselves. On the last day we left our signed bill in the folio on the table by our loungers for our server to pick up and she never picked it up. The restaurant called us in our room and accused us of skipping out on the bill or letting it get blown away by the wind even after we told her it was clipped inside the folio. She was very rude. The hotel is pretty but the service is the worst we’ve ever received in any hotel. We couldn’t wait to leave. Read less

Good experience. Spacious comfortable room with great view of Sphere. Friendly staff and enjoyed the Rock House burgers and wings at their sports bar. Easy access to self parking was helpful too.

I’ve stayed and played at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas for years, and I used to genuinely enjoy it. Not anymore. What this property has turned into is a masterclass in how to squeeze loyal customers until they finally walk away. Let’s start with the obvious: the greed is out of control. The resort fees are now among the highest in Las Vegas—and for what? Services most guests don’t even use. It’s not about amenities, it’s about seeing how much more they can tack on because they know people will notice too late to do anything about it. Then you get hit with things like $18 for a bottle of water. Not at a nightclub. Not at a pool party. Just a basic bottle of water. It’s almost insulting. Everywhere you turn, it’s another grab for your wallet. And somehow, this is all supposed to be offset by their rewards program—which has completely fallen apart. They’ve raised tier thresholds, cut back benefits, and made earning anything of value feel like a grind with little return. Loyalty doesn’t mean anything here anymore. But the part that really says it all? After years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent in their casino, I’m supposed to feel “valued” because I get free parking in the garage? Free parking. That’s the big perk. That’s what it’s come down to. It would be funny if it wasn’t so ridiculous. There’s no real recognition, no meaningful rewards, and no effort to make returning guests feel appreciated. Just higher fees, lower value, and a very clear message: they’ll take as much as you’re willing to give, and then ask for more. You can feel the shift the moment you walk in. It’s less about hospitality and more about extraction. And judging by how much quieter things felt compared to previous visits, people are catching on. Las Vegas has always been about spending money—but it used to feel like you were getting something in return. That balance is gone here. There are too many other options on the Strip to keep putting up with this. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before staying here. At this point, it’s not luxury. It’s just greedy. Read less
