We stayed there for 2 days to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday. One the first night our entire suite floor got wet due to a sewage leak from the bathroom. We reserved multiple connecting rooms and were all impacted.

We stayed there for 2 days to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday. One the first night our entire suite floor got wet due to a sewage leak from the bathroom. We reserved multiple connecting rooms and were all impacted.
The next day they moved us to a different room with a poorer view and not connected, and all they offered was to waive the resort fee and some food and beverage credit (where one can of soda was $11). We just wanted a refund for the first night due to the Mishaps and inconvenience but they were not willing to comply.
We spoke with multiple managers and were not offered any level of accountability and empathy even though we had to change our plans due to the moving in the middle of our stay. Not to mention the negligence and sanitation issue of this hotel in the first place
You would think with the drop in tourists that they would care to be a bit more accommodating, but that is unfortunately not their thing.
Please do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Just an amazing 5 star experience from start to finish! I don’t write reviews but just wanted to express our thanks for making our stay memorable. From check-in to room with Sphere view,to dinner at Wolfgang Puck made for a very special get away and anniversary celebration!!

I had a wonderful time at Palazzo as usual, but I'm getting put off with the "resort fee". Vegas used to be really reasonable, but these resort fees are killing us. I hear it's also killing Vegas. Maybe they ought to rethink them! Lavos was wonderful!
