The Chairman Suite consists of a foyer connecting to an extended living are complete with lounge, kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate office, two bedrooms, and an oversized balcony with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Service at this hotel is amazing! We did a beach day and had Santosh take care of us the entire day and he was amazing. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! All the staff were so kind. Thank you! We will be back!

The staff were professional yet friendly. All orders were delivered correctly. There were times when I thought they’d forgotten drinks and moments later they arrived. The staff were in complete control even to the point that within seconds of looking for a spoon at breakfast an employee had already noticed and assisted me (it might be worth placing some spoons next to the cereal as well as the fruit). They were all extremely attentive and helpful. I ate in Mezzerie most nights as I was half-board and there was a different theme each night. All the food was high quality and delicious. I’d like to give a special mention to Samar and Vaivab for the excellent job they did on the beach. They were extremely friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. I admire how well they work in the heat. Thanks also to the staff in the Serafina bar who were equally great and also to Nika and Laxsmi at breakfast and dinner. Second time at the Waldorf and didn’t disappoint- on arriving you are made to feel so welcome and feel straight at home. We arrived a day before our daughter and her partner We upgraded this time to the Pearl Club rooms which enabled us to use the Pearl Club, certainly worth it, a lovely peaceful breakfast, fanatic views and amazing staff, afternoon tea, very dangerous as you have to stop yourself from eating lot, then from 5 - 8 cocktails, drinks and light food, but you could certainly sit there all night grazing ! Staff just fantastic and Eshan got to know us quite well ! And knew our drinks - and always had a smiling face and big welcome - he was fantastic, as were the other staff. Big mention to Sasi at the adult Pool - he remembered us from 2 years ago, he worked so hard all of the time and always ensured we were ok. Just fantastic, perfect ! Others to mention - Arabinda and deepak in the lobby - my daughter and her partner left the day before us, and just as we were relaxing at the pool - we got a message to say my daughter had left her phone in the taxi 😩 I went to the lobby and they were straight on the phone to the driver (they had his number as the taxi was late picking them up and they chased it for us) and arranged for him to return to the airport to give the phone to them !!! I was then able to provide the drivers number to my daughter so they could arrange a pick up location. Both of them were so calm and ensured us and to tell my daughter not to worry and it would be sorted !! Above and beyond most definitely and a very relieved daughter Omar on reception who always had a welcoming smile and helped us with anything needed as well as all the other Reception team Therese in the Spa - I had the most amazing deep tissue massage - what a treat! She was just amazing from beginning to end.
