The hotel is conveniently Located within steps from train stations and within walking distance to time square I wish that they included free breakfast. During my stayed they offered for additional $168 more per night 😩 per person. I passed on that. Theres a well appointed cafè around the corner I grab coffee and pastries for $20

I used to travel to NYC for work and this hotel was always my go to for many years. I love the location as it's central but quieter than most Times Square hotels. Sadly the hotel badly needs an update. The furnishings in the room were a bit run down. As others have mentioned there is a serious problem with the bathroom sink mixing valve needing repair, resulting in the cold water faucet dispensing very hot water requiring a 2-3 minute wait until the water runs cold. I called maintenance multiple times about it, and they claimed to fix it, but it was still not working well. Basically we had to just live with either super hot or super cold water and nothing in between. Also note that there is no longer a fridge in the room. There clearly used to be, as there is a big empty space where there used to be a fridge. And the air conditioning at night seemed to shut down, i think it's triggered by movement as it would kick in when i would get up and walk past it, but then auto shut down after some time, which resulted in me waking up hot. I used to love this hotel but not sure it's worth the money any longer. Read less

I told my son that our experience with Solomon is what amazing customer service looks like! We had a wonderful view on the 34th floor and the hotel was so convenient to everything! I highly recommend this hotel if you can afford it. Read less

We had so many issues with this hotel that I strongly recommend against staying here. The first room they gave us, the keys didn't work. The second room they gave us smelled like paint, and sewage and construction debris came up through the bathtub drain. The fact that they are doing construction in the hotel is not advertised at all and in fact they are trying to pass off those rooms as " newly renovated" when in fact they are still doing work and those rooms are not inhabitable. They then moved us to a room that was too small for 3 people. After spending an incredibly uncomfortable night in that room, they moved us to a suite, which was great. I will say that the front desk staff and management that I dealt with through this ordeal was very compassionate and accommodating, so kudos to Westin for that. But none of the rooms we stayed in had any of the amenities that are listed on the website - no bathrobes, no "luxurious" towels, no high-end bath products. It's a basic hotel, that's it. I also want to call out the Foundry Kitchen staff that tried to scam us by claiming we didn't give them a voucher although we handed it to the server when we sat down. When I pulled out my phone to call the hotel manager (whom I practically had on speed dial at that point from all the issues we had) the voucher magically reappeared. I travel a ton and this was one of the worst experiences I'd ever had at a hotel. I chose it because Westins are normally a safe bet but this one was far below par. Read less

Enjoyed my stay at the Westin Time Square. It’s close to everything and right in the heart of all the action in NYC. You can take the E line and will direct you all the way to the airport. Special shoutout to Vanessa at the front desk and Jose at the front lobby for being awesome employees at this hotel. Stay here if you’re in NYC!
