Excellent location spot on for exploring NYC. Hotel was nice, had all amenities required, Room was a little cramped but we did have two double beds. Slight issue on arrival, got to the hotel late approx 6pm, to be told that rooms were not ready, told maybe an hour, so we left bags and went to get some food, returned 90mins later to be told again…

Excellent location spot on for exploring NYC. Hotel was nice, had all amenities required, Room was a little cramped but we did have two double beds. Slight issue on arrival, got to the hotel late approx 6pm, to be told that rooms were not ready, told maybe an hour, so we left bags and went to get some food, returned 90mins later to be told again that the rooms were not ready. Long story short, we finally got in to our room at approx 8.30pm, other people in our party had to wait until approx 10pm. After a long day of travelling this was not welcomed as we were all very tired. Hotel did offer some compensation though with vouchers at their restaurant. Concierge was very helpful during out stay, assisted with tickets for shows, booking restaurants and general advice. All in all, a nice hotel, would return.

Always one of my favorite hotels. Staff is very kind and attentive. Convenient location and extremely comfortable beds. I always feel very comfortable staying here alone very safe.

She actually wanted to cancel our reservation for us- completely unbelievable! I explained we had just arrived on an international flight and were travelling with 2 young kids had no idea where we could get another hotel room at 9pm. After 30 minutes of back and forth she offered us 2 rooms for the night and to refund 1 day of stay. Well the 2 rooms worked for us but they have now refused to refund the 1 day of stay. I've been dealing with hotel management for 1 week they keep telling to use the credit on my next stay. I can't recommend this hotel just due to this poor experience. There are much better hotels in Times Square.
