The Dive shop was ok but they visited the same subpar dive site for two people to have a “better chance to spear lionfish” while the 6 other divers suffered through subpar reef AND repeating the same site 2 days in a row. Also, one of their dive guides harassed sea life and was more interested in recording “critters” and blocking guests from seeing them. Read less

We recently stayed at Sandals Barbados and had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. We are already looking forward to visiting another Sandals resort and hope to return to Barbados someday. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options throughout the resort, and the drinks were equally impressive. Every meal felt like a special experience, and the quality exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our trip was our photo session with Dario MD. He made the experience fun, relaxed, and enjoyable for our entire group. His professionalism and personality helped create memories that we will cherish for years to come. We also want to recognize Oshin, who served us one evening outside of Kimono's and again the next morning at the pool bar. She was friendly, energetic, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her positive attitude made every interaction memorable and is exactly the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. Perhaps the most impressive part of our stay was the exceptional customer service. During our trip, we needed assistance with a minor issue, and the staff responded immediately with genuine care and concern. The Duty Manager, Silviu, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, personally following up and making sure we were comfortable. His kindness and attention to detail were remarkable. The level of service we experienced throughout the resort was truly above and beyond anything we have encountered elsewhere. Every team member we interacted with seemed committed to making our vacation special. Thank you to the entire Sandals Barbados team for an unforgettable stay. The resort was very clean most restaurants were very good apart from buffet which we just ate at once for lunch on the day we left, this was really not good. The Neptune restaurant was also not very good didn't have a good meal at all. The rest were really nice. The beach however was appalling masses and masses of stinking seaweed, I know this is nature but this should be cleared every day using tractors as all other resorts we have been to does this, we did see one day about 6 men with shovels which was ridiculous there would not be able to move that in a year ! also the beach on your web site shows sun bed in pairs not close to each other were in reality there were masses of sun beds racked together. So the beach was a total let down which we could not use , which is a big part of our holiday when we go to the Caribbean We tried to keep the suite on on the last day as we were not being picked up until 5pm they said we were unable to so we asked to pay for any other room but were told they didn't have one which was totally untrue as I would estimate the resort only being around 60% full, so we ended up in the butler lounge for 6 hours! The butlers were brilliant while we were there couldn't fault them until the day we were leaving. Our butler came to see us at 11.30 in butler lounge and said he would be dropping into see us through out the afternoon we gave him $200 dollar tip and that was the last we saw of him he didn't even come to see us off I have never experience this before with our butlers ! So as you can imagine it really tainted the experience . We paid for cars to pick us up at the airport and take us back through Sandles at a cost of £350 for the 2 trips, friends we met there had not booked cars but got one the same as ours [Mercedes] for the return to the airport through reception it cost them $90 dollars! how can you justify that I feel totally aggrieved at the money it cost ourselves Over all we had a good time but would not return to this resort Read less

The only couple of things we disliked, there was construction happening and main pool not in use. Also, needed to secure lounge chairs 6:30 am every day, poolside before butlers scooped them up, for some people who never even showed up up after 3 hours. And finally the beach had sargassum along shore line this time of the year and somewhat of a downfall for us. Waters were rough and brown and as I love swimming at the beach over pool, I cannot rate this resort as excellent but rather 4/5. Overall we enjoyed our vacation🌴😊 Read less

This was my wife and I’s 1st trip to Barbados and we had a great time. The resort was amazing, we had the butler package and our team of butler’s were incredible, Shak the muscle Kev/sweetness and Ron resort master. We would be happy to come back
