“Wyndham - Not too bad, but not too good”

First time staying at this hotel. We decided to stay there due to the proximity to Disney Springs. The hotel staff were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. I didn't like having to pay $30 for self parking. If I am paying for a room at the hotel, parking should be free during my stay. Also at check-in we were coerced into a timeshare sales pitch disguised as coupons. They also charged a $75 incidentals fee that we didn't use and as of 5 days, still has not be reimbursed to my account. When I travel we usually stay at Hilton properties and don't have to deal with a lot of these issues.

Great location next to Disney Springs. Room very good although bathroom could do with some TLC. Cleanliness excellent, TV channel selection not great, no apps.

Lovely hotel with great atmosphere & the most amazing smell in the Lobby..great disney view & really close to Disney Springs..would totally recommend to everyone
