Not convenient at all, literally makes no sense for guests Poor Form management My wife, when we got into our room started sneezing and coughing due to what she said was a pungent chemical smell. Disappointing! Elevators went out. One of our group was even trapped in the elevator + claustrophobic. Finally able to get one elevator working. Just as a thought ..may want to consider FIXING and maintaining the elevators especially so guests can get out as/if necessary Some of us are handicapped, What a potential liability. Again, poor form management. Just as a thought, maybe put staff out to direct guests with respect to the elevators, if this happens frequently, put signs out, but make the guest aware. Have a plan for those with limited mobility. Risk Management 101. The restaurant was great, the food was excellent and the wait staff was excellent as well. Even though reviews showed room a/c was out for some people, ours worked very well. Overall could have been a way better experience, especially for the expensive price per room that was paid. The front desk avoided phone calls, hung up on me, told me I was unable to cancel even though I was within my cancellation policy. It took me contacting Hilton Corporate reservations to cancel this booking. They had me referred to concierge who was closed and then continued to hang up on the representative from Hilton itself. The boys working the PM shift on Friday 6/20 were absolutely disrespectful and rude to me. They were unhelpful. And made it as impossible as they could to cancel any reservation. I fear they were doing this due to the cancelled concert & hoping it would lessen the loss of profit for the weekend. 0 stars. Worst front desk hotel staff and worst hospitality. MOD was the one who hung up on me :( Read less

Booking sites dont mention that. The rooms are SMALL. We got a 2 bed and these are tight spaces. Breakfast was EXTRA, Starbucks on site so that was a plus. Our bathroom door would NOT SHUT, close, lock, so for a family it was an inconvenience. Beds were comfortable but AC felt damp all night. It did stay cool as long as running but the humidity did not stay out unless running. We also paid a security deposit- stated- since booked with other sites. What seemed like a great deal turned into expensive. Would rather just know ALL FEES UP FRONT at time of booking. Would stay again as a couple bit not really a "family" hotel. Also there was a "cleaning" smell in the room that smelled either very chemically or very nail polish/ remover smell and that smelled is absorbed into the bedding and pillows and it was bothersome all night. No reply from them at all no compensation actually not even apology. You would think a company with that much money to get their air conditioning fixed I will not be back there Read less

Stayed for one night with my wife and infant daughter in May. The AC in the building was broken before we arrived, but they failed to inform us of that. We only discovered the problem after getting to our room and unpacking. Being in Nashville, it was also super humid. The mirror was steamed and the sheets were wet from humidity. My family and I barely slept and were sweating all night. When we asked for solutions, they offered to switch our room, but the other options were just as bad and one even smelled badly of mildew. Other guests were comped a night, but because we only stayed one night and we booked through Capitol One and not the hotel directly, we were not offered a discount or comp. We did get a complimentary breakfast (it's normally about $20 a person), but still had to pay for tip (didn't want to blame the breakfast staff for the AC not working). Also had to pay $45 for parking. They did not offer to comp any of this. The front desk staff were not rude, but had been clearly dealing with a lot of upset guests, and did everything they could to brush me off and get me to leave. Very disappointed we were not told about the issue, when it was obvious the management knew about it prior to booking. We feel taken advantage of and put a very sour note on our family vacation.
