Oh wait we don’t have any fans my five-year-old grandson already asleep so I wasn’t gonna wake him up to go somewhere else that is on me however I have complained to the Hilton. No reply from them at all no compensation actually not even apology. You would think a company with that much money to get their air conditioning fixed I will not be back there Read less

Stayed for one night with my wife and infant daughter in May. The AC in the building was broken before we arrived, but they failed to inform us of that. We only discovered the problem after getting to our room and unpacking. Being in Nashville, it was also super humid. The mirror was steamed and the sheets were wet from humidity. My family and I barely slept and were sweating all night. When we asked for solutions, they offered to switch our room, but the other options were just as bad and one even smelled badly of mildew. Other guests were comped a night, but because we only stayed one night and we booked through Capitol One and not the hotel directly, we were not offered a discount or comp. We did get a complimentary breakfast (it's normally about $20 a person), but still had to pay for tip (didn't want to blame the breakfast staff for the AC not working). Also had to pay $45 for parking. They did not offer to comp any of this. The front desk staff were not rude, but had been clearly dealing with a lot of upset guests, and did everything they could to brush me off and get me to leave. Very disappointed we were not told about the issue, when it was obvious the management knew about it prior to booking. We feel taken advantage of and put a very sour note on our family vacation. We had a conference at this hotel with approximately 300 attendees. There was one other conference at the same time which created a few logistical issues. How can you book that many people with only two working elevators? Same breakfast all three mornings (yogurt parfait and buttermilk biscuits). How can you book that many people with only two working elevators? Same breakfast all three mornings (yogurt parfait and buttermilk biscuits). Carpets in the conference rooms looked tired, faded and outdated. I can go on and on but this wasn't a good look for the organization that put this conference together. Read less

We are multiple couples currently staying here (big mistake). All of our rooms are way too hot & muggy. Everyone that we’ve spoke with in the elevators, lobby & fitness room have all said the same thing. Hotel staff confirmed that they are having AC issues but nothing is changing. Thankfully after three nights of little sleep (sweating) we’re going back to our cooler homes. I would not recommend staying here at all. Sweaty & gross. Read less

This hotel is located one block from the bus station. The entry seems to be redone but the rooms are extremely dated and my room smelled very musty as if there is a mold problem. Shower curtains and showers were not pleasant. Front desk was unfriendly at check in. Will not return.
