1. Disney’s Free Dining & Drinks Offer is valid for new bookings in a qualifying Disney Hotel and room type made between 21^st April 2026 to 04^th November 2026.
2. Up to £400 discount applies per room for any new qualifying Disney’s Free Dining & Drinks bookings made between 21^st April 2026 to 2^nd July 2026 and is strictly subject to the arrival date conditions listed below:

1. 1. Arrivals 03 January 2027 – 27 March 2027; 05 April 2027 – 06 October 2027; and 21 October 2027 – 19 December 2027.

Discount amount dependent on the resort category booked. Value Resorts receive £200 discount, Moderate Resorts receive £300 discount, Deluxe and Deluxe Resort Villas receive £400 discount. Qualifying resorts by resort category can be found in “Resorts List”.

3. Please note that Disney’s Free Dining & Drinks Offer does not apply to any arrivals between 1 January 2027 – 2 January 2027; 28 March 2027 – 04 April 2027, 07 October 2027 – 20 October 2027; and after 19 December 2027.

4. To qualify for Disney’s Free Dining & Drinks offer, your package holiday must include:
    

• Accommodations at one of the Resorts listed (“Resorts List”) below for a minimum of five (5) nights and a maximum of twenty-one (21) consecutive nights.
• A Disney Magic Ticket as part of the booked package for each guest in the party ages 3 and up. Each guest in the party must have the same ticket.
• Each guest in the party must have the same Dining & Drinks plan.
• Virgin Atlantic flights must be included as part of the booked package.

The number of rooms available for Disney’s Free Dining & Drinks Offer is subject to availability and, on some nights, there may be no rooms available for this special offer. The offer applies only where the specific room type and travel dates expressly display the “Free Dining & Drinks” promotional message and that rate is selected and confirmed at the time of booking.

Where the promotional rate is not available, not displayed, or not selected at the time of booking, for any reason, the offer will not apply and cannot be added retrospectively.

5. The Disney Free Dining & Drinks Offer varies by hotel and is applicable per person (aged 3 years old and up) per night as follows:
    

• Walt Disney World Value Resorts: Free Quick Service Meal.
• Walt Disney World Moderate Resorts: Free Quick Service Dining Plan.  
• Walt Disney World Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: Free Table Service Dining Plan.

6. Disney Meal Plan inclusions per person (aged 3 years old and up) during the package stay at participating Disney Resort Hotel and Theme Park Locations*:
    

• Quick Service Meal: One (1) “Quick-Service Meal” per night of stay (as such term is defined below). *Includes select locations from the following dining types: Counter Service, Fast Casual and Kiosks. Participating restaurants are subject to change.
• Quick Service Dining Plan:  Two (2) “Quick-Service Meals” per night of stay (as such term is defined below), One (1) “Snack” per night of stay (as such term is defined below), One (1) “Resort-Refillable Drink Mug” (as such term is defined below). *Includes select locations from the following dining types: Counter Service, Fast Casual and Kiosks. Participating restaurants are subject to change.
• Table Service Dining Plan: One (1) “Quick-Service Meal” per night of stay (as such term is defined below), One (1) “Table-Service Meal” per night of stay (as such term is defined below), One (1) “Snack” per night of stay (as such term is defined below), One (1) “Resort-Refillable Drink Mug” (as such term is defined below). *Includes select locations from the following dining types: Counter Service, Fast Casual and Kiosks. Plus, Buffet, Casual Dining, Character Dining, Dinner Show, Family Style, Fine/Signature Dining and Unique/Themed Dining. Some Fine/Signature Dining and Character Dining experiences require two (2) Table-Service Meals to be redeemed from the dining plan for each person. Reservations at Table-Service restaurants are recommended and subject to availability. Participating restaurants are subject to change.

Definitions

“Quick-Service Meal” is one (1) Entrée or Combo meal (if available) and one (1) Beverage* at a participating Quick-Service restaurant.     

*Guests under 21 years of age may choose from a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Guests 21 and older with valid ID may substitute for beer, wine or cocktails.

Children ages 3–9 must order from a children's menu where available.

“Table-Service Meal” is one (1) single serving choice of the following, at a participating Table-Service restaurant:

For Breakfast                                       

• Entrée or One (1) Full Buffet, Prix Fixe or Family-style meal (if available)
• Beverage*

For Lunch/Dinner

• Entrée or One (1) Full Buffet, Prix Fixe or Family-style meal (if available)

*Guests under 21 years of age may choose from a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Guests 21 and older with valid ID may substitute for beer, wine or cocktails.

Children ages 3–9 must order from a children's menu where available.

“Snack” is one (1) single serving choice of the following, at a participating Quick-Service restaurant, select Outdoor Carts and select merchandise locations:

• Frozen ice cream novelty, ice pop or fruit bar
• Two scoops of hand-scooped ice cream
• Popcorn scoop (single-serving size)
• Piece of whole fruit
• Single-serving bag of snacks
• 20 oz. Bottle of Coca-Cola® products, including Dasani® water
• 20 oz. fountain soft drink
• Single-serve coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, milk or juice
• Cup of soup

Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Snack icons are located on qualifying Snack items throughout participating locations in the Theme Parks and Disney Resort hotels.

“Resort-Refillable Drink Mug” is a mug eligible for refills from self-service beverage stations at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location during the Guest’s stay. Mugs are not eligible for fills or refills in Theme Park, Water Park or Disney Springs locations.

The following items are not included in the Disney Dine Plans:

• Items that are more than a single serving (box of doughnuts, jar of peanut butter, bottle of wine)
• In-room mini-bars
• Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a souvenir cup or vessel
• Items considered to be merchandise (such as bottle stoppers, glow cubes and bottle straps)
• Special dining events offered at certain Table-Service restaurants.

7. Plan must be purchased for entire length of stay and for the entire party (ages 3+). Meals are nontransferable between party members and expire at midnight on day of checkout. Specific number of meals and snacks are determined by the number of nights included in the package stay. Guests can redeem their meals and snacks any day during their stay, until the number associated with their package has been depleted. All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use their Resort-Refillable Drink Mugs expire at midnight on Guest’s package reservation checkout date.

8. Advance reservations at Table-Service restaurants are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the dining plan. Reservations are subject to availability. Reservations may be booked or canceled through DisneyWorld.com, the My Disney Experience app, Disney Resort hotel front desk, concierge or Guest Relations, or the restaurant’s podium.

9. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for dining reservations. Cancellation charges are assessed for no shows and certain cancellations. Please visit the My Disney Experience app for details.

10. Gratuities are not included.

11. Packages including dining are unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu.

12. Disney Dine Plans locations are subject to change without notice or liability. Meals and snacks are not sold separately, are nonrefundable, nontransferable and have no cash value. Operating hours, menus, Characters, entertainment, participating locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilisation of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, closures, inclement weather or any circumstance beyond their control. Theme Park admission is required for in-park dining locations.

14. The Disney Free Dining & Drinks Offer is only available to flights operated by Virgin Atlantic departing and returning to the United Kingdom.

15. The Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket is valid for 14 days of admission during an 18-day window from the start date of the ticket. The Disney 7-Day Magic Ticket is valid for 7 days of admission during a 15-day window from the start date of the ticket. Ticket start date will be the Disney Resort check-in date. Disney Magic Tickets provide admission to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Disney’s Blizzard Beach or Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, whichever is open.

Water Parks are subject to seasonal, capacity and weather closures, or may close for other reasons.

Memory Maker

Memory Maker is included with Disney 14-Day and 7-Day Magic Tickets (adult tickets only). This Includes Disney PhotoPass® photos and other digital content taken during the Memory Maker window and linked to the Memory Maker guest’s Disney account. Memory Maker is subject to Disney PhotoPass® Terms & Conditions. Disney and the Promotors are   not responsible for missing, lost, or damaged photos or other digital content. Memory Maker on the gate price $210 correct at time of printing.

17. The Promotors reserves the right to (i) withdraw the promotion (ii) cancel or change the promotion, (iii) amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this necessary and without further notice.

18. The Promotors are not responsible for failure to meet any of its obligations under the terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control.

19. By entering the promotion, you agree to release the Promotors from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the promotion (except death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
     
20. By entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
     
21. The Promotors reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the discount to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
     
22. The decision of the Promotors regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
