Claim missing partner miles
Checklist - please ensure the following
- All documents sent must match the name on your Flying Club membership card.
- Please ensure your activity falls within the 6 month claim period, except Virgin Trains which are within 3 months.
- All of the above must be the original documentation to process your mileage claim.
- We recommend you send your documentation recorded delivery to the below address, to avoid any delays.
